I would give zero stars if I could. They were supposed to handle our payroll direct deposits through Sage. 11 months into it, they were able to successfully complete only 2 (yes, TWO) direct deposits. Every time there was an issue, for which they provide no notification, no reason, no-nothing. Sage were not able to get any info out of them either, until finally one time we did a controlled pay run, and they apparently reject our application on compliance grounds but don't have the decency to let me know! On Sage, the VoPay setup shows complete, and if it was an application issue, how come they managed to complete two pay runs, then - If it was a compliance issue, does it mean that I should report you to the CRA because you serviced to a non-compliant company? Oh and for your information, we are a company of more than 10 years, with all our tax filings up to date with the CRA, and in good standing with Corporations Canada. And lastly, your contact email csm-vopay-com is useless; nobody responds to my emails - Neither does the "Business & Technology Integration Consultant" you had assigned to me (who set up the account for me back in May 2024). In my 30 years of professional life, you are the most incompetent company I have ever worked by a mile. Luckily we are a small company and I can do eTransfer to my employees, but what if we had 5+ employees? I normally reserve judgment in the worst of situations, but honestly, I find Sage would be much better off if they switched over to another provider.
