Great customer service (Harriet)
I ordered a part, but I made the mistake of paying more attention to the photo which was showing an obsolete model (slightly different). However when I called the customer service, Harriet was extremely helpful and sent me a suitable alternative part free of charge.
Harriet was very professional and understanding, because of this good will gesture I will definitely consider ordering from Volta EV again in the future.

£8.50 charge for a standard 1-3…
£8.50 charge for a standard 1-3 delivery of a CT clamp is a rip off.

I had a call from the company's owner seeking feedback on my one star review. We had a friendly chat and he explained that the DPD service they used was guaranteed next day delivery. My part did arrive the next day. I explained this wasn't made clear on the website where it says 1-3 day delivery. He said that was because delivery was in the hands of DPD and very occasionally there were delays outside of Volta's control. He accepted my feedback and said that he would look to make the delivery information on the website clearer.
It was good that he bothered to respond to my original one star review and sought my feedback. As a result of our conversation, I have upped my review to four stars. Can't make it 5 stars because I still think the £8.50 delivery charge is steep.
