poor quality of calls
there seems to be intentionally no where on the website you can complain about call quality. both domestic and international calls, whether made through the browser or through a third party VOIP app that i tried, had alot of problems with quality of call - sometimes there'd be no sound on the first call, sometimes it would break up alot. would definitely not use again.
also it should be known that there are a large number of sites, some with very similar web design, that are all operated by the same parent company, and therefore likely all with the same bad call quality.
