Initially I had an issue with merchant due to double charge on my credit card and non provision of service so I reached out to VoguePay helpdesk.
VoguePay initiated the process and in couple of weeks time, refunds were processed.
There might be some dodgy merchants but VoguePay looks after customers and resolves issues as per the available facts which is appreciable.

Absolutely not to be trusted
Absolutely not to be trusted! we have been loyal clients of VoguePay for over a year, everything ran well previously even though they decline 75% of transactions (because the rest of the worlds banking institutions do not trust them) we were happy to continue as we used multiple merchants.
Lately we began to see some changes to policies and T&C's - this is always cause for alarm as it's a classic move toward something scam related. Regardless we continued until we received a chargeback claim which we dealt with and supplied all documentation as requested. A few weeks after we received an email stating we needed to submit an appeal for the same case as the bank was due to find in favor of the client. No time frame was given and we were simply told that if they found in favor of the client we would be fined $1000 - never heard BS like this from any other merchant but we began compiling the relevant documentation only to be hit with another email stating we were out of time.
Needless to say we questioned this as the initial mail had not given us a timeframe to which we should work toward... 13hrs passed before they responded to that! So by this point we had lost any chance of filing an appeal and they informed us that we had defaulted and would be hit with $1000 fine...
So we are still waiting to hear what this fine is and where it came from but clearly it's just a made up story so that they can pay themselves a little bonus!
Over the past year they have made 10's of thousands of USD from us but for the sake of $1000 they will throw away any future business! Good policy, I am sure you guys will be closing doors soon and running off with everyone's money.
If anyone is thinking of using these guys... DONT! there are plenty of better merchants out there.
And to the moron who responds to these reviews below, don't waste your time! it's just BS and everyone know it!

Brutally honest review:
Let’s start at the beginning: When my business looked into setting up the account, we had constant feedback from the customer teams that advised how to set the website to the correct standards, and what had to be stated.
This was, I thought, brilliant! Someone to help through the twists and turns of getting up and running very quickly!
However, this soon turned to a nightmare. Between constant card declines not just one type but multiple types, even my own card was used to test when 3 customers all had problems with declined cards, I tried my own and that declined! Then after 2 weeks, Voguepay sent out an email that only certain bank accounts will be able to withdraw to. In other words, if you don’t have the right account they hold your money until you do. Surely this should have been mentioned at the beginning? Along with the “if you want to withdraw make sure you have £1500 or we want another £30 + 1.5% + £5 to withdraw your money!” Wow! I’ve never known a company that inflated charges for smaller amounts!
And when you question it the response is “I suggest you leave your funds in until you have the £1500” ok right so basically, I need to pay suppliers etc but erm unless I have £1500 they have to wait?
I’ve since requested all my funds returning to me including my £15 verification fee but even that is like pulling teeth getting someone to actually do the job! I have no issues paying the 1.5% + £5 but to add an extra £30 just because fee on top is extortionate! I did the calculations and it actually worked out that if they removed the £30 fee they would double the return from a customer withdrawing funds up to the £1500 limit minimum! I mean business sense tells me why charge one fee and never see the customer again when you can charge low fees and see repeat custom!
So anyway moral of the story is: Voguepay is basically not to be trusted, and will make it hard to get your hard earned funds out.

Absolutely amazed by the incredible…
Absolutely amazed by the incredible support service I received. Feedback and response time was excellent and had immediate assistance from their online social media platform a.k.a (facebook). After struggling for months and months to retrieve funds from a bogus online trading company, I eventually gave up and tried accepting that I may never see my money again, and took a chance one day to contact VoguePay as a last and final resort to try retrieve my funds I had invested and thought I would never see again, and to my utter disbelieve I got a instant response and was immediately assisted by VoguePay and my refund was retrieved and deposited back to me within an exceptional time frame of 2 weeks as I was informed it would be. I cannot express my appreciation enough for the exceptional service they provided and the financial burden that was lifted off my shoulders when I assumed to never see my money again.

Voguepay is not a finnancial company , voguepay is only a merchant who have an internet merchant account and they are using it as reseller .you can check in the The Financial Services Register of united kingdom
voguepay was going good but now it is very very bad company , especially in withdrawals , they keep you waiting for months to get your money and this 100% affect any business , the withdraw fees is very high , now i requested a withdrawal of 190 eur since 20 days without any action from them
i will lanch a website explaining how voguepay is bad company

For a period of time all was fine but now.....
For a period of time all was fine, but from sometime they have problems with withdrawal. We change bank details in Aprill and make withdrawal request - they ask us in email to approve it and for security reason ask for bank details again via email. We gave them everything - withdrawal status in dashboard is paid - we waiting for money, after 7 days we still don't get money. Im asking them for bank confiramtion of withdrawal - for it im waiting about 3 weeks ( its terrible that financial company give me that after 3 weeks! ). They give me it without any details that my bank can track this money etc. they give me just note like that "your transfer for XXX to bank details XX and XXX was made in XX month" - nothing more - my bank can't track it. One month we converse via email with support and we got information that mistake was on my side what was totaly stupidity beacuse full of responsibility was on VoguePay we give correct details in Dashboard and via Email. Im still waiting for this - about 75 days it's fck crazy.... but ok, mistake is possible for everyone, sooo now I have 2 pendings withdrawal with about 1 month request date - they ask me after some weeks ( it was 5th July ) to cancel it and request withdrawl again - I do it as they ask. After two days of withdrawal request they write to me that it's already proccesed and will be paid today ( it was 7th July ). OK fine im waiting, one day, two days, three days, four days, five days and still nothing - withdrawal request is still pending so whats going on if they write to me 7th July that they process it and it will be paid in some hours. I write to them 10th July why my withdrawal is still pending, they answer that need 48hours more. OK no problem. after 72hours withdrawal request it still pending.
I do not recommend any company to cooperate with VoguePay - they have terrible withdrawals delays and mistakes. If your company is small they can block all your funds for ekhm... how long? You don't know that, beacuse they do not watch their regulations, terms and conditions.
We need to wait T+5 ( it's fine for me ) and I will quote here VoguePay
"We usually do everything possible to ensure withdrawal requests are paid within 24 hours. Sometimes, it might take up to 48 hours after initiating it. This is based on our terms and conditions."
Wait? Whaaaaaaat? 24h? 48h? Hahahaha - now it's impossible. I don't know what's change in this company maybe EXIT SCAM? - but now they are lost my trust and today im hiding they gateway on my site.
Total lack of responsibility - i don't reccomend at this time VoguePay to any bussiness owners beacuse im not sure that your money will be safe.
Also they block recomendtaions on Facebook.

Bad experience with Voguepay.
Bad experience with Voguepay.
First of all, customer support usually needs multiple emails of explanation. They are not consistent. They want proof of service delivery which I provided, 1 time I sent 6 emails with proof and none of them were good enough. After a week they finally accepted.
The second withdraw I sent all backend logs, which they replied it was not necessary, and my request was forwarded to the right department. This was on May 16 and it's now June 9. Whenever I ask why it's taking so long, they always "compliments of the day" and apologize about the delay.
Luckily we were briefly testing with Voguepay and the damage is only €350 or so.
Good luck to everyone dealing with this processor.

I did contact you via the Facebook chat, but you tell me to send an email to support instead. That I already tried dozens of times. Waste of time and de-installed the chat app again.
*Update: they now ask me why I want to withdraw all my funds (€310) in once, and how I'm planning to handle chargebacks...
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
