I love this product! It works great. And I think we should all be able to monitor more of our health indicators at home. It’s important to read the instructions. Nothing is difficult at all. Just have to follow the process. It takes under two minutes. I just got my newest box through their subscription service. Super helpful customer service! REAL people. No bots!

I ordered September 25
When nothing happened, I contact support.
And they write:
“ Unfortunately, there was a problem with the shipment process. We will contact our storehouse about this issue so that this kind of incident won't happen again in the future.
We will send you a new Vivoo package on Monday (31st October).”
They really shipped and confirmed November 04, a full eight days later. Why??
And when it arrived finally 6 weeks after my order was placed: I do not receive an apology or anything at all and only half my order, one pack instead of the two ordered.
This company is pure incompetence and cluelessness. Stay clear off these amateurs!!

I love the product but ordering and delivery (to Ireland) was a nightmare. They were first processing my order for more than a week and when I called to intervene, they told me they would send it immediately. They didn't. So I called again. This time I got the track number which was only showing some address in Turkey (?!) , not my address or the location of the package. Then one day it just showed up at my door. Terrible shipping contractors. Great customer service (they comped my annual supply) and a great product.

You can't unsubcribe from their emails, as they keep on sending them, even though I have unsubscribed 3 times already.
Could be frauds.

This could be a good idea, but before this can be credible it would need calibration and real units of measurement.

It does matter a lot in what lighting conditions you scan the test.
Just think of day or night, shade or sun.
Also it is not enough to calibrate it using white only, as white and white can be very different and usually it is very hard to get/produce true white especially on camera.

Also heuristic and/or arbitrary units are not a good idea, as usually they are either meaningless scientifically or they cannot be compared to medical results for example.

This is why I would not subscribe or order.

But these can be improved and adjusted hopefully, so maybe later. =)

Vivoo has been a great tool to have by helping me watch my hydration. As an every day athlete it is important for me to know if I am low on hydration to prevent dehydration, muscle fatigue and cramping.

I found a chance to use it for two times.Easy to use. Instructions were very clear. Looking very reliable, highly recommended product.

This app is excellent for tracking body data and helping guide you in how to tweak your diet.

It links seamlessly with my Apple Watch, tracking sleep, and activity along with all urine data, provides meal plans, nutrition info….the list goes on.

This app is a game changer for those who wish to monitor their body easily and improve their eating habits and general wellness!

As a registered dietitian, I use Vivoo test strips every day for myself and recommend my clients to use them frequently. This is an at home wellness tool that can be used frequently to monitor how your body is processing the foods you eat and how the lifestyle you lead is affecting your health. I would strongly suggest everyone to try this.

What a great company and product! A friend introduced me to Vivoo, and I thought the concept was interesting. Taking the test was easy, and it was reassuring to see my hydration levels were optimal. What I found particularly helpful were the suggested nutrition advice to help me address the parameters that were lower for me as well as the app tracking results from test to test. I also use calorie counting apps and find it helpful to see trends in my calories and weight over time. Vivoo is similar in that I can see trends over time in my parameters and correlate those trends to changes in my diet or fitness.

Took Vivoo on a whim and was surprised to find out many new things about myself not present in DNA/Blood tests. Also its super nice that I can learn about myself in 30-seconds instead of 6-weeks like with a DNA test.

Using vivoo is very practical.You have the freedom to use it whenever and wherever you want.I take this product constantly so follow my body with it.Really, the advices that vivoo gives is great. I definitely recommend it. (:

This is amazing and I am interested on this mobile .its features and reliability or speed too faster.

App just serves you as a guide. It is not medical tool, but helps you follow the parameters mentioned. It is very easy to use strips and scanning process it helpful, just do as the app says. It is a helpful assistant keeps you awake about important health parameters.

I love the idea of an easy at home diagnostics solution to help keep my health on track but urine strips is not the answer.

The company has done a great job with everything surrounding the ‘science’ of urine strips; the strips are well packaged and combined with the app, easy to use, but the underlying technology is not there. I happened to do a test at the same time as a blood test at my gp and the Vivoo analysis didn’t pick up the issues that the (obviously more accurate) blood tests did.

In fact I have a condition called Gilbert’s syndrome, which results (as confirmed by the blood tests) in high bilirubin and I’ve had this all my life. Vivoo gave my 10/10 for my liver score (based on me having low bilirubin in my urine), which is unfortunately just wrong. The test also showed me as having low sodium, whereas the blood tests showed my sodium levels were on the high side.

The company has made a good effort to create something good, but it’s based on a floored technology (urine strips). I’m still waiting for the panacea at home diagnostics solution.

This is a great product for easily keeping track of your health from home. I take one of these test every couple weeks and adjust my diet/hydration accordingly. This week I was slightly acidic so I’m eating more alkalizing foods like blackberries. The app makes it easy and gives you suggestions on what you should do/eat. I love it!

I absolutely love Vivoo! It's so quick and easy to use, and the advice is personalized to fit your dietary preferences, sensitivities, and goals. I love the trend of self testing and am so excited to see what's next for Vivoo in the future.
