Vivint Solar Bewertungen

Tony was awesome and I can’t Waite to go green.

My experience has been to easy. All that was told us is true. It seemed so easy and true.

The workers not only were on time, they were polite and went right to work to install the system and they explained the next steps and then they cleaned up after themselves. Thiago was extremely professional and helped me set up my account after the installation.

This was the easiest part of upgrading my home I have ever had experienced as of yet and only wish that the rest of what we are doing to the house would go so seamlessly but as past experiences have taught me this one wonderful piece which was Vivint coming is the standout above all else !!!!
Love you guys so does the wife and the dog who the crew treated like a mascot !!! Thx

Awesome presentation, showed us how we can save lots of money.

Couldnt be happier. Kyle Jones sold us the deal for the solar panels hes the best!

The process didn’t feel like a sales pitch. It was explained in a way that was conversational and allowed for questions. Everyone involved was professional and communicative.

Through my experience I have excellent customer service from Quentin. When the technicians arrived for perform the service everyone was thorough and polite.

No problems, quick and efficient work.

Eric, was very knowledgeable and had very good customer service. He insured that I was satisfied and that the camera and doorbell were on line before he let me go.

There are still panels missing on my roof by just 3, which wasn’t as promised on the contract I signed and was told. I am disappointed, I will be contacting again in regards to what’s next to do either a cancellation or they have to complete their job and add the left over promised pieces

William Jordan is stellar as a sales representative. He was honest, forthright and answered our EVERY question to our COMPLETE satisfaction! ALWAYS followed up with a phone call and was in constant communication keeping me apprised of what stage of the installation we were at. NO surprises! The installation team of manager, Mike and his crew were OUTSTANDING! Hustled and PROFESSIONALLY installed panels and control panel! Even painted the flex conduit with left over paint I had to match the exterior stucco. CLASS1 service

My experience has been very pleasant! Ishmael Camp has stayed on top of keeping me informed on next steps throughout the entire process. He has gone above and beyond to ensure my process goes smoothly. Everyone I've encountered has been very friendly, courteous, and professional.

It is not fully funtioning yet, however so far so good

You are the best... Mellisa was the best supporter and great communication thru the whole process.... She had the correct answers to all my questions and concerns... She is the best.

I'm interested in saving the most money on my power. Solar will save me over $45 a month vs. staying with my utility co!
Tony Tenorio & Jordan King answered all of our questions & did a great job explaining the program.

every questions were answered in a professional manner.

The salesman Oliver was very helpful and knowledgeable. If he didnt know the answer to a question he researched it and got back to me. He wasnt aggressive or pushy so a very nice experience. The installation went smoothly and was completed in one day.the only thing that could be done a little better was the confirmation relative to the job start time, confirmed the day before for 8:00- 11:00, confirmed by text for 7-11. Otherwise a great experience.

So simple from start to finish. Vivint took care of everything. Very happy

Tony was able to answer questions for now.
