This company has terrible customer…
This company has terrible customer service and seems only one person answering the phones as got same person each time I called. I placed an order online using a gift certificate plus the additional on credit card. Sales at night called me back and said they did not know how to do gift certificate which was for $200.00 and someone would call me in morning. They put hold on the order. Next day I had to call numerous times and kept getting same CS person. Their recorder said 1 minute wait but more like 30 to 40 minutes each time. They need to have a truthful on hold message. Finally got a person and said no they cannot take the gift certificate. Certificate says no expiration date. Asked for supervisor and he said not available every time I called and said you will get same answer. Then came back and said we will give you a $100.00 credit which barely covers the increased freight charges. Makes money there too. Asked for supervisor too again and he says ok will give you Billie and then get put into her voicemail. Called back again and got Billie. She was also rude. Neither of them cared really to help. Only answer they have is no. Asked for copy of certificate and I sent. Never responded to me. I wrote again yesterday as over a week with nothing from them. Today I got again same answer by email as best we can do is $100.0 I told them to cancel my order. Who wants to work with a rude company who wants you to take a half of what the certificate is worth and speak to insensitive rude people. Will never purchase from them
