I’ve sent 2 emails & 2 messages on Messenger via the FB page & still no response. Due to severe arthritis in my hands I can’t use the device& need to return it in its unused condition but I’m being totally ignore. Now that SUCKS!!!!!!

DONT recommend buying it. They are ripping everyone off. It was okay for a couple of session, but falsely advertised , it stopped charging after 3sessions. I contacted them and they asked me to send back a video of how I’m charging and to reset the 3 buttons. WTF 🤬 then ghosted me via email. SCAMMERS

I had posted earlier in the month about this company and had removed it because they had responded to me, but since there has been no service from this company, I am now reposting:
I ordered the product by mistake & it somehow added 2 to the order on top of it. I immediately wrote an email canceling the order. The phone # doesn’t work. It was over a week before I received an email from the company, after I posted negative comments online. I was told once I received the products, they would honor the return and credit my account. It is now. Dec. 21 & I haven’t recd. the products! I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau!

It is now 8/4/25 and the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. I believe I recd. the products sometimes late 4/25. I didn’t bother reporting the company to the BBB because I am so tired of wasting my energy, trying to fight for my basic rights, day-after-day. But on 7/24/25 I received an email from Lucy Brown, apologizing for the mishap, offering a full refund, and requesting that I update my review. By the way, she didn’t request I return the product’s either!

The product is a fake. No suction as advertised. Just the shell. There are two refund policies: on the purchase page, it's 100 no risk return. On the website, no possible way to satisfy all of the conditions for refund since every item is at a discount and the refund policy says no refunds on discounted items, item must be new, and no refund "just because you changed your mind." I did get a refund from my credit card company, and they were very upset. I responded with the info that I gave my credit card company, and they stopped contacting me.

If I could rate zero I would!!! I have not received the product and I have requested for them to send another or refund me the money!!! Terrible customer services!!! Would not by from them again and would not recommend!! Does anyone know how to get refund???

PLEASE contact me with return instructions. I have Order #12769. I have NEVER used it. I simply opened the box to view it, and it is very similar to the one I ALREADY OWN.

Do not buy this product I requested a return under their no risk100 days trial money back no questions asked advert. 100% Satisfaction guaranteed quote.
Firstly you cannot return a used product ! Ok how can you have a 100 days trial then?!
Secondly any product that is purchased at anything other than full price cannot be returned.
But they don’t say that in the advert. You actually have to Read their returns policy!

So in my opinion the product is awful and certainly no better than any other cheap toy. But I’m stuck with it as they will not honour their side of the deal because I didn’t pay full price and it’s used!!!!!!!!
Absolute farce!!

Not an easy purchase!
At first, I thought that this company was a scam.
Ordered - I received no purchase confirmation, but the charge went out immediately.
After 3 weeks, when the product still didn't arrive, I tried to call and email them numerous times without success and not email replies. I disputed the charge with my Credit card, and then voila, I got an email from Viva telling me it was in transit. They gave me a tracking link, which never worked. It's been more than 4 weeks, and I have not received anything but empty promises and broken links.
It's never a good sign if a company only responds after you start disputing the purchase!

Update:
Now, finally having the product, I am delighted!

From Australia, brought this product $136 express delivery. Never seen the product. Emailed twice with no response. Emailed 3 times and now the email bounces back with unknown address. Absolute scam do not buy this product!!!

A total scam if buying in Australia. They take your money and do not ship product. Ignore all emails, chat etc. do not buy this product.

On Friday 20th January 2023 I purchased Viva Paper Towel, White (Pack of 12) for $20.66 from shahzad359 so I can use it for wiping things down in the kitchen.

I received it in the post. The battery won’t hold a charge. It’s a dud.8 email med the company. NO REPLY!!! Umpteen emails. NOTHING!!! This is a scam company. Don’t do it. I’ve spent more money on this thing than I normally would, thinking I’ll treat myself to a ice birthday gift.$170 odd dollars down the drain. I’m REALLY PISSED OFF!!!

Company is a scam. Ordered a product never received it. Won't reply to any of my emails. They have a mobile number who is linked to a complete random with nothing to do with the company. Waste of $130. Don't do it.

After reading nothing but good reviews I ordered a viva product. I was quite underwhelmed by the product for the price. I’ve spent way less on much better items. The quality of the material is great but the power of the device was quite poor. Unless I got a lemon, I will never know as I’ve lost faith in the brand and won’t be reordering, and I very much doubt anyone will ever read this review as I’m sure the company only shows positive reviews.

I ordered a month ago from viva and my order still has not arrived, I have emailed multiple times no response, Instagram messages no response.

When I press track my order nothing shows up.

Disappointed as I wanted this product. Now wishing I’d bought elsewear.

I ordered a product a few months ago and when I tracked it to see where it was it had been delivered to a random address in America instead of my address in Australia.
I’ve sent multiple emails to try and talk to someone about resolving this but have just been ignored time and time again.

I love that this is compact and easy to travel with. I love that there is exploration for other parts of the body using the bullet (nipples).The bullet did have a greater array of vibration functions. I did find though compared with my Sienna there was a difference in stimulation; The sienna is a better size for me and the vibration settings are just right. I am a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to sex and was happy with what I discovered on first try with the Sienna. The bullet was an exciting twist on Foreplay. I do have breast implants so I did not get a great satisfaction with the bullet, I found the stimulation too hard and fast from the bullet. But like any new toy it does take time to use it for what you enjoy. Happy playing 😉

I found VIVA through Francesca Farago and immediately ordere the Senna for myself as a Christmas present! I fell in love with the hot pink colour, the female empowering brand and the message to women that our sexuality is nothing to be ashamed of. The Senna took a month to arrive (because of COVID-19 restrictions) and I’ve used it ever since. I even recommend it to three of my friends and they also love it.

It look a little while for us to get to know one another, but once we did, boy are we best friends now! Who needs a man when you have one of these babies that never needs anything other than a charge once in a while? I'm hooked and will keep coming back for more ;)

I bought the Senna back in December 2020 and I love it so much. There was a little issue with the postage but the team that I emailed were so nice and I'm grateful that they helped me. 10/10 experience
