Completed the online questionnaire, after reading the Daily Mail article recently. Have been taking vitamins, especially Vitamin D, for many years. First time at ordering a bespoke package.
My first order, by RM, failed to arrive, and still hasn’t arrived, in a reasonable timeframe. Phoebe, although disappointed that was the first time their products had failed to arrive, immediately despatched a replacement order, by RM tracked, and it did arrive.
Resealable packets are sturdy. Too early to say if the vitamins are doing me any good . 1/2 of the tablets were on the large size, that may put some folk off. I split mine in half. Problem solved.
All in all, an excellent service, and one that I would recommend to others.

Such a fantastic customer service
Such a fantastic customer service.
I questioned the suitability of a recommended vitamin against some medication I was on and not only did I get a very complete answer, I was also given the NICE guidelines link to my medication so that I could double check for myself.
My first package did not arrive and when I contacted Vitmedics, they sent a replacement straight away. I could not ask for better service.
Well done to all the staff.

This is the first time I have used Vitmedics. I have a number of chronic health problems which, together with the medication, have the potential to cause vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
