It is tough for me to give a company a 5 rating, but this one is well earned.

I have been with (and cancelled) a few others. I recently switched to “Level 2”.

First, I would have needed a company that actually used TrustPilot. Had few (If any) negative responses. Allowed Month-2-Month, No Membership fees, No Subscriptions, No Annual Fees asnd Very good pricing and No Surprises in “Month 2” along with allowing increases for dosage without hefty fees.

The company was super responsive with both intake (pre and post), pharmacy processing and shipment. I actually received my shipment in about 3 days Monday-Wednesday.

I recommend them above others I have tried.

I do have to say this company is awesome. Great customer service. They answered my phone call right away and email me and texted me. I've tried a couple of telehealth companies this is the best I'll be keeping them for a long time
