I ordered PCR tests for my wife and I for our return to the UK to comply with UK law.

They were supposed to be delivered so that we could conduct our Day 2 test. I am now 6 days after ordering tests still waiting for delivery of PCR tests that were supposed to be here 3 days ago, and stuck in isolation still waiting for a delivery.

Besides the obvious pain being stuck indoors due to no fault of my own, the firm's inadequate service has created a situation where I have now broken the law and face up to £2000 fine.

Ridiculous service.

Very poor service booked day 2 tests on returning to England we were sent the wrong tests. Took a very long time returning the result we are still waiting, over 48 hours resulting in missed school days. No way to contact anyone phones are not being picked up and emails not responded to. Other companies have turned around results in 24 hours with excellent tracking of test through the process. Do not use this company.

I booked this test expecting a rapid turnaround for my Day 2 test after returning from a trip to the US. The test arrived 2 days late there was limited acknowledgement of this from the company when I complained (sent me some fine print about delays due to the holidays).

Won't use them again as my main interest was getting rapid turnaround in the results.

Excellent service, we went for our PCR day 2 tests on the 30th and received the results last night.

The customer service gentlemen was very helpful and dealt with issues promptly

I am very impressed by the service provided by VitalClinic. We went to Burnley to do the Day 2 PCR test on 27 December. It was easy to find the location using SatNav. There is big free parking near the office. It was the bank holiday but the office was open and we were immediately provided with the test samples. The test procedure took just 10-15 minutes. We received the results today, and given that yesterday was the boxing day bank holiday, the turnaround time is very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for all COVID tests.

Got our day 2 tests done today in Burnley. It was a bit tricky to find the place at first but once in, it was nice and easy. We've been told the results will be 24-48h due to time of the year. Hopefully they will be in time for the new years! Nice staff, really helpful.

Kez was super helpful as I arrived a little early for my appointment and I was able to do my test before my original time. It was super easy and quick and I would recommend if you want to do a test on site instead of posting one.

Great service! Despite it being a self swab test, Kez talked us through the process and made us both feel very comfortable! We arrived a bit early, but he very kindly let us in to do our tests when we arrived. Thanks very much, Kez! We’ll know where to come for our next test!

I had a problem with regarding dates of my bookings which could not be resolved online. The customer service put me through to Shakir, who listened attentively and discussed with me til he found a viable solution to my problem. I truly appreciated his kind and honest attitude and thinking creatively for what could be done. For a highly pressured service that was brilliant and made a huge difference. I have booked for two tests which I haven’t gone through yet but Shakir’s customer service was outstanding. Thank you

This is yet another scam outfit. They advertise services in Burnley and misleadingly say that you can bring test in. So with it being Christmas and being from Manchester I booked it thinking I would take it directly to Burnley only to find the testing centre is in Romford Essex and it will be stuck in post anyway. When I rang to complain I waited an hour for the call to be answered. When they did answer they were rude and unhelpful.

Returned to England nearly a week ago, the test kit still hasn't arrived. Paid the full amount which included free delivery. Now they demand an additional £10 for postage, otherwise, I won't be getting the kit and no refund. So much for no hidden costs!

I posted my test kit after the self swab as instructed in the priority mail box of Royal mail. Unfortunately it was delivered only 3 days later to the lab. They tested and delivered the results within a day.

I arranged test at Vital Clinic for my mother-in-law. Location was easy to find. Convenient parking. No queues. We have been seen immediately. Polite staff.
