I bought some supplements for my father and my father came back from the doctor who informed him that he cannot use those health products. I went to ask for refund from the company. We spent almost a month sending emails back and forth and they never gave me a straight answer. Theys always complained about the logistic company not giving them a reply. A month later, due to persistent emails, they finally told me that I need to ship the item back to them at my own cost. And they are not able to provide me with a return label either. This is ridiculous because they made me wait for that long for no reason. They claimed that they have a policy of return at no cost, which is a complete lie. Don't buy from them.

Their product 脈通三七 really works for reducing cholesterol levels. After taking it for 45 days, my cholesterol dropped by about 20%. I’m very happy with this result and feel I made the right choice. Truly helpful—thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with your online services and my recent order. It has been over a month since I placed my order, yet I have received no shipment information or updates. I have emailed your customer service multiple times and have not received a single response. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
What makes it worse is that I can see from other reviews that I am not the only one experiencing these problems. For a company selling products at such high prices, this kind of poor service is unacceptable and must be seriously reviewed and addressed.
At this point, I don’t even know who to contact for a refund. Unless this issue is resolved immediately, I will never purchase from your company again and will strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

This is horrible, the person on the other end of the line was rude and took forever, the machine always breaks and scams people. They even hanged up on me when I was calling.

False advertisement, vitagreen will charge you for complimentary gifts even though it’s advertised as a gift. Will you reach out to customer service to tell you that there’s nothing wrong and focus on what’s being advertised.

Don’t order from Vista green Canada, I placed order via their Canada site and when I received the order, I have to pay for duty tax due to shipping it from HK. This is ridiculous. What is the point of having a Canada branch when stuff all ship from HK?!??!? I don’t think the buyer should be responsible for that. If I know it is going to ship from Hk, I won’t even bother to order from them. Sent them an email last week regarding on this issue and still have no response.

The order was wrong. There is not really a customer service contact. Obly option is to send message on the website. I sent a message on the website twice and no response. No confirmation or case number when you send message on website by the way, so just waiting for a possible response. Worst e-commerce website ever.
