Wow, I honestly didn't expect this level of support! Claudio is fantastic. The wordpress theme I bought from them is really good, and well documented. Totally happy customer!

This is the second time I have bought a theme from Visualmodo. The themes are complete and easy to use filled with a ton of options and tools. I am not a programmer so I rely on WPBakery (a robust visual block editor) which came with the themes I purchased. I believe all of their themes come with WPBakery which in itself adds a lot of value to the theme package because if you purchase it as a stand alone plugin it costs $56. All of the pieces of the theme work together without any complications.

The customer support is top notch and I feel that they go over and above what would be expected of them. The latest problem that I had was an issue installing some of the plugins from the theme on WordPress. I thought it was a problem with having more then one website but their customer support looked into it and found out that there was a issue with size limits to extract the zip files with my host. They could have left that up to me to figure out how to resolve that problem because it had nothing to do with their theme. But they offered to install it for me if I didn't want to contact the host myself to get it resolved. this is the second time their customer support has gone over and above.

I purchased a lifetime membership and have used several of their themes the past few years. I would recommend Visualmodo to anyone looking for up-to-date, sleek looking website templates with great functionality. Any time I have had issues with customizations, or update issues, and unable to find a fix in the documentation, the support team has either been able to walk me through how to fix the problem, or they have gone into my site and fixed it for me. They are very quick to respond and communicate effectively. Great to work with!

I've purchased Visualmodo package quite a long time ago since 2020. Visualmodo themes have beautiful designs & I especially appreciate their customer service. They respond quickly & support with great enthusiasm.

Visualmodo has great themes that I use for my freelance web design agency! Their themes are top-notch and you have plenty of options to choose from. As far as their customer service, I am satisfied with the response times and their willingness to address any issues I have faced!

4 years ago I downloaded a beautiful premium wordpress template for free on a graphic design site. It came with a lot of content, including high resolution images and video, as well as some 3rd party plugins. I loved the site so much I messaged visualmodo on the graphic design site to let them know. I told them I was having trouble figuring out one of the plugins. They were friendly and advised me that as a free download, the extra plugins would need to be purchased from the 3rd party. They gave me some other helpful information but ultimately I was not a client so it was more than expected. In my opinion, the template was perfect and I was willing to pay what I needed to. I then received another message just letting me know there was a half price sale on for a limited time. I went directly to the Visualmodo site and purchased what I wanted. I found with my limited experience I couldn't figure out how to set upthe plugin correctly or even register it. I requested help and within half an hour a tech had gone in and fixed my issues. I was impressed by the speed and even more by how friendly and helpful his communication was.
It was one of the best customer service interactions I'd had on the internet. Fast forward to now (4 yrs later) I had an issue with my account and although it was not during normal office times, I received a response and positive resolution within a couple of hours - I think it's worth mentioning the person who helped me this time was the same person who helped me 4 years ago. The level of professionalism and quality of service has remained consistent for 4 years!! I cannot recommend them enough. You will love their products and the customer experience is second to none.

Website was down. I submitted a support ticket and received a reply within 5 minutes. The reply had instructions to fix my issue. It worked perfectly, I had my website up within 5 minutes.

The help center is simply excellent.

Bought a Visualmodo Wordpress theme from Bluehost Marketplace. Found out it was lacking demofiles. Reached out to Visualmodo support. Received prompt response from their team. They were very courteous and helpful. They even followed up to see if I had resolved the issue.

Very pleased with my theme purchase. Claudio responds promptly to any issues. The system of submitting a ticket for help is very useful and once I was able to submit all of the info requested to submit a help ticket, the response was really helpful and solved my issue every time!

I have to say that I was entirely overwelmed by the prospect of building a site on wordpress even with using a theme. I second guessed myself and even considered jumping over to squarespace wix or Shopify. Fortunately I didn't, I followed through the video tutorials provided by Claudio and Visualmodo, and in the instances I had challenges to great, I was able to count on Claudio's direct help. I am not finished with the site but because Visualmodo and Claudio specifically, are so generous with their time, I thought it appropriate to share now. I feel 100% confident that I can get this done on my own and I feel 100% confident Claudio and Visualmodo will do their best to help as they can if I have some seemingly insurmountable roadblock.
