The multiple staff I worked with at VISTA were all professional, personable, and effective, from my first inquiry several months ago, to now just having finished my first ever locum tenens position. Although I had not gone through the process of finding and applying for a position from scratch since finishing fellowship some 25 years ago, in just two months, with their guidance and attention to my desires and preferences, I and my family were on our way in our bus conversion motor home to my assignment. I worked at a small IHS Critical Access Hospital which expanded my outlook on and experience in medical care, presenting quite a contrast to the urban and barely suburban hospitals I'd worked in my whole professional career. The staff at VISTA continued to help me iron out details at the facility even after I arrived and had started working. They were always responsive to my calls and emails, checked in with me at other times, and passed along feedback from the site while I was working there. I am grateful for their assistance in helping me select and then actually be accepted to a temporary position that I found personally and professionally rewarding, and where I felt privileged to help out - just what I was looking for.

Great experience, overall
Working with Vista was, overall, a wonderful experience. They helped me find the right job, which eventually became permanent. They were also very proactive in helping me procure transportation and living accommodations. My only complaint is regarding the payroll process, which was cumbersome and did not deliver my paychecks in a timely manner.
