I had two occasions this year to…
I had two occasions this year to contact visicover. One to change the home airfield address for my aircraft. The second to renew my insurance. On both occasions I found using the online system easy to use with no difficulties. Well done

Very helpful customer support for handling and helping after our aircraft was damaged by a taxiing aircraft whilst parked. Fast and effective replies to all communication and help during our annual renewal process whilst our aircraft was being repaired.

It’s great way to get insurance a no…
It’s great way to get insurance a no nonsense approach which I love. I tried to renew via iPhone but really struggled later doing so via desktop which was much easier to see. I think having gone through both where something needs to be ticked or completed currently the box is full of red a dark red not easily noticeable therefore I suggest a lighter red around the area to be filled
