Visa Passport Pro Bewertungen

There are what 3 or 4 companies that are authorized to do this work. Thus, it's nearly a monopoly. And sure it's my fault for not noticing my passport had expired. But $300? That's rough. I bet if you knocked 40% off your fees, you'd get 3 times the volume of business and people would feel like they "saved" big bucks compared to the other companies.

I needed a passport in a immediately. Mine had expired, so it was as if I were making an initial application. I Fed Exed my paperwork on Saturday for Monday morning delivery and had my passport in hand on Tuesday morning. The instructions I received were clear, and I received the instructions in both an email and from a real live person who called to explain everything clearly. I would definitely use and recommend this wonderful service.

Visa Passport Pro is an excellent service & they do exactly what they say they do. The service is right on time & accurate just like they said. I would recommend there service to anyone. They get a perfect 10 from me.

They reassured me I could get my expired passport processed and in my hands within 4 days and they did.

Was going to add pages to my full passport which expires next (2015) April. Your staff suggested a simple renewal with extra pages; only a few dollars more and now I'm good until 2024. Gee, that sounds like a long time away. The whole process was handled very professionally.

I had to have pages added to my boss's passport & had no idea what to do - and needed done & back within 2 weeks. After searching online decided to go with Passport Pro. Within 20 minutes of submitting the information, received a call & Email from Rosalie - very professional & polite and answered all my question & the passport was out the door same day for processing - I received the passport back quickly within a week & earlier than advised and was able to return updated passport to my boss in plenty of time for his next departure.
Will most definitely use again when needed!

Everything went well and on time

The person I spoke with "held my hand" thru the entire process. He took all the stress out of my very anxious situation. He followed up with me the next day and we actually spoke as the FedEx package arrived. I couldn't have asked for better PERSONAL attention.

I was very aprehensive about this service as I had never obtained a passport before. The ladies were very professional and went through the process step by step. They also called and emailed me until I recieved my passport. I was very impressed with the professional and efficient way this company runs.

As I was totally skeptical at first, I was very surprised to find this service true to its word, with fast, reliable service and great customer support. I received my passport in under the estimated time, and while I called with many questions about the process, I was answered immediately with accurate information. While you will pay a premium price for the fast turnaround, if you are in a time crunch and don't have any other options, this is the best way to go!

Was worried about the time crunch and not only did I get my passport quickly (and reasonably priced for the expiditing process), but the agen who helped me was so reassuring that everything would be just fine. It was and I am happy as a lark.

I was pleasantly supprised that everything got back to me sooner than promised!

I needed a passport in under a week due to client requirements. I supplied the information and Visa Passport did the rest. The passport arrived quickly with everything complete.

Reliable, helpful, great follow-up. No waiting on the phone. I would do it again in a heartbeat

Christmas in the UK delayed because I had overlooked my Passport had expired.
Passport Pro came to the rescue!
I sent out my docs on Monday afternoon and had my new Passport back Wednesday morning....and on the flight to UK that same day.
Fantastic service!

No, my name is not Lucy, although I would name my dog Lucy if I had one. I carried around a passport application for over 3 years! No kidding. Finally, I had procrastinated until I had one day before Christmas 2013 to get myself a passport to attend an important conference out of the country (Vancouver). These folks did what they said they would and I received my passport comfortably in advance of my trip which was just after New Year 2014. It was worth the cost for the ease of mind.

They called and gave me all the information I needed. Guided me through the whole process. Very quick would recommend.

Visa Passport Pro did an outstanding job getting me my Brazil visa in time for my trip. I needed the visa within a few days during the Christmas season. And yet despite these challenging circumstances, including a couple of winter storms that took place in the city where the Brazil consulate is located, I received my visa in time. Not an easy task by any means.

They called me every day with an update of the status of my visa, and they were always available to answer any of my questions.

It is important to note that the process for obtaining a visa through the services of Visa Passport Pro is different than the process that would be followed if done as an individual, so one must follow Visa Passport Pro's instructions exactly, and trust that they will come through. Admittedly, I was skeptical because of everything I had read regarding what individuals had to go through in order to get their Brazil visa, but after seeing the results and getting my visa on time, Visa Passport Pro has earned my trust.

Anyone would be well served relying on the experience, expertise, and capabilities of Visa Passport Pro rather than obtaining a visa themselves. I would gladly use their services again, and I highly recommend them.

I was put in a very time sensitive situation requiring a Pass Port to travel for my job. I reached out to Visa Passport Pro for help. From the initial point of contact to the detailed instructions provided to follow was very well executed by Visa Passport Pro. I would recommend this service to anyone that needs a Pass Port expedited.

Will recommend this to anyone who needs a passport!
