I ordered a watch, but received the wrong one. I was assured that things would be fixed, but I was ignored.
Stupidly, I contacted them to ask that if I ordered the watch again, I would get the correct one. I was assured that I would.
I ordered it. That was last November, No watch has arrived. They tell me that customs in my country have the watch.
I have asked for my money back, but they ignore me now.

Have not received my order more than 10 days since I placed my ordered. Customer service take ages to reply. However, haven't received my order yet.

As an update on my review of 30th May 2025, here is an update ;
Still no sign of the watches, and despite E Mailing the company about this matter, no response whatsoever !!!
However, I did receive an E Mail from the company , a lady named Sophia, Head of Customer Support thanking me for my order and offering me 15% off my next order ( as if ). I replied by further E Mail to Sophia asking her to ring me to discuss this matter further. Unsurprisingly, I have had no response to this request.
The only telephone number I can find for Viresce is in The Cayman Islands As an OAP I am restricted by financial reasons from calling this number.
I now feel that I have been well and truly scammed and must warn people of ever dealing with this company.

Amazing selection of really great time pieces at incredible prices. Real statement making pieces, I have two and people also complement me on them when at work or out relaxing!- you can dress them up for formal business functions - dress them down in casual clothes, they always make statement !

I have been sent emails by Viresce asking how my watch is, I am yet to receive it, and have emailed twice and received no response, so far I am really very unhappy and I am struggling to get anyone to contact me

My Viresce watch is magnificent, Orange / Silver looks sensational absolutely no complaints. Shipping was really good with tracking and delivery first class….all round great experience

I bought two watches which only made it out of the boxes before my partner loved them so much as gifts for her nephews that it was back on the site for another three this time.
Love them, wear them daily, they look great and shipping was fast.
