To be honest I was a little dubious when I ordered but when the Cuban chain arrived I was over the moon looks amazing has a good bit of weight to it .I think you would be hard pushed to tell the difference between a Virage chain and one bought in a jewellers for a lot more money .Love it I will be back for more 😍

I ordered a set (necklace and bracelet)…
I ordered a set (necklace and bracelet) I got the wrong size bracelet and it's too tight. I've emailed them 6 times now and never got any kind of reply or response. Feels like that once you've got your purchase and paid then they are not interested after that. That's not good service and if for some reason you had a complaint about a product then how could you get hold of anyone to tell them. They say they come with lifetime guarantee! If they never answer you then how would that work? My personal experience is not a good one I'm afraid.
After receiving a message from them today, they said they have never received any emails from me! They gave me the email address to send it to which is the same email address that I have on several times already emailed ... as to which I have never had a reply!
Yet again, another reply on here only! Telling ive not sent emails to them!
Not rectified the problem, telling me to look in spam etc, probably an automated reply! I've sent several emails, included the receipt from them also, only replied on here because it's not in there control of who sees it probably. I will write an honest review on Trust Pilot each day until resolved.
I wanted to share some fantastic feedback for Tom, the founder of your company. After a lot of confusion going back and forth over emails regarding changing my bracelet size, Tom personally called me immediately to resolve everything.
He was incredibly helpful, professional, and walked me through every step — arranging the return of the wrong size, and posting out the correct one the very same day so I’d have it in time for my holiday. To have the founder himself take such personal care and go the extra mile is absolutely brilliant — proper outstanding service.
Tom is a total credit to his company — genuine, caring, and truly excellent customer care. I highly recommend this company to everyone, and I’m so grateful for how quickly Tom sorted this out for me. Thank you so much, Tom!
