Still waiting for order placed 5 days a go with next day delivery

Disgusting lack of support, late answers to emails that didn't address the issues, Vira Care just don't care. Everything says Next Day Express delivery but it takes 4 days if you're lucky & they don't give a damn.
Having had a 4 hour kidney operation I had a stent inserted to relieve drainage but the side effect is that it causes radical & immediate bladder urgency. I ordered the pads Saturday 18th & Amazon confirmed the order & then said delivery on Wednesday 22nd. Sent off emails to ViraCare but got no response until late morning Monday & Andy said he would get another order off straight away (next day delivery) to get me sorted & could I just refuse whichever order came second. He didn't place the replacement order until Tuesday 21st (why?) & Amazon sent me a confirmation delivery date of Friday 24th! Today (Wednesday) both lots have arrived? but having seen how dreadful these people were I spoke with Countrywide Healthcare about an order on Tuesday as I knew Vira Care were incapable. I ordered similar spec pads for less cost at 2:30pm with Countrywide online & they were delivered on time this morning, no drama, no BS just genuine good service. They also have phone support Viracare don't have a phone number or even an address. Absolutely the most hateful experience I have experienced - ignoring customers & not answering their concerns when they are suffering with incontinence - Shame on them

I have only started using these pull up pants for two months I find them very good before was a problem for me but now I can get up and about without worrying about coming through they are very comfortable I will be getting these from now on

I found the company online when searching for products for my 93 year old MIL. She had been using another high street brand which did the job of day and night pull on pants but she found the leak protection elastic cut into her groin despite the pad itself being the largest size. We ordered the super plus Viracare pull on pants which are so much softer and a better fit and they offer the same level of protection. She loves them and we are now on your recommendation going to try the maxi for night time use. We hope these will be equally as good. An added bonus is the price which, on subscription, works out a good few pounds cheaper.
