My parcel was not delivered the next day as promised, no information til the next day to say delivery would happen. Parcel delivered late afternoon early evening, never knocked or rang the doorbell, first I knew was when it said “delivered” on the website, was left by my front door! With regard to parcels being stolen from the doorstop, you would think, knocking or ringing the doorbell would be paramount.

Your postcode, SA18 3RY, is within Wales, which is currently one of the areas where we mention there may be delivery delays due to logistical constraints. We understand, however, that this does not make the experience any less frustrating.
We are also sorry that the courier did not alert you when the parcel was delivered and instead left it unattended at your front door. We completely understand your concern, especially regarding the risk of parcels being stolen when left outside. We will raise this feedback with the courier to prevent from happening again.
