A deal simply too good to be true? Sure, that was my first and second and maybe third impression. BUT, curiosity (and repeated social media ads) resulted in a deep dive to determine both the legitimacy of this firm and the various "too good to be true" vacation packages. Shaking that doubt tree VERY firmly, I found legitimacy.

Ultimately, I opted to bite on a low(er) risk domestic four day Arizona Biltmore vacation. Not a ton of money, still in the USA if something went wrong and if the offer turned into smoke & mirrors, lots of other hotel options in Phoenix.

Well ... the offer was everything described and frankly, exceeded expectations. The AZ Biltmore "cottage" was delightful, spacious, well appointed ... pretty much everything one should expect in a five star property. The offer of $100/day room credit was icing on the cake and the food/drink as well as the concierge service in the Citrus Club was elevated well (well) above my expectations.

The AZ Biltmore is of course an iconic, almost 100 year old property. The grounds and facilities were in great shape and offered everything one could/should expect to find within a resort property.

A totally delightful way for us to spend our anniversary.

Fantastic trip to the Maldives staying in an overwater villa with pool! All inclusive with bikes to use and snorkeling gear! The resort was beautiful and easy to explore. Food was great with lots of choices!

I had a great time on my trip to Mexico that was based around a hotel package through VIP Traveler. The resort property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing, everything matched the expectation set my the VIP team. Communication was very timely and all concerns handled to my satisfaction. This was my second time working with them and won’t be the last.

Was skeptical about VIP being a scam due to never hearing of them and seeing add on FB. They're definitely not a scam so dont be scared! Super easy to deal with. Found amazing deal to Como Cocoa Island Resort in Maldives. They did all the communicating with resort. Only thing I would complain about is flights not being booked through them also. Only saying that because of Iran issues causing our flights to be canceled and having rebooted everything 2 days prior to leaving and amount of research that went into it. Not saying that's VIP fault!!! Meaning how stress free everything else was, would have been a great stressor to have passed off on someone else 🤣 We bought a package in May 2025, booked in Nov 2025 and traveled March 2026.
As far as resort. Como is a smaller island. Staff very friendly and welcoming! They have 1 restaurant and bar but never had to wait long for anything. Coral Reef surround island and walking distance, so no need to pay for snorkeling experiences. Able to see turtles, stingrays, sharks and so many different fish etc.

VIP Traveler provided a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. We went to the Arizona Biltmore. Everything was easy, seamless, and exactly as promised. The process was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free, which made the entire trip even more enjoyable.
I would absolutely recommend VOP Traveler to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional travel experience!

WOW!!! I have to be honest. When my husband found the deal through VIP Traveler at the Biltmore Arizona I thought, "there is no way this is real". Well, I was definitely proven wrong. The package we booked was AMAZING! Everything we expected plus more. Will DEFINITELY book through them again, traveling under VIP Traveler 100% carries clout! Great Job and Awesome FIND!!

My husband and I just returned from the most amazing trip booked through VIP Traveler and it truly exceeded every expectation.

From start to finish the experience was seamless. VIP Traveler made everything easy and stress free and chose the perfect resort for the kind of getaway we were looking for. Chablé Maroma was absolutely stunning and exactly what we needed.

The resort itself was peaceful luxurious and beautifully designed. Our villa was private spacious and felt like a personal retreat. Every detail had been thought through and the level of comfort was exceptional.

One of the highlights of the trip was the spa experience. The massages were incredible and left us completely relaxed and refreshed. The sound bowl healing session was especially memorable and grounding and added such a meaningful element to our stay. It was one of those experiences that stays with you long after the trip ends.

The food was outstanding and beautifully prepared. Every meal felt special and the service throughout the resort was warm attentive and genuine. The beach was pristine and quiet which made it easy to truly unplug and enjoy the moment.

What made this trip even better was knowing VIP Traveler handled everything so perfectly. It was truly a luxury experience without any stress or guesswork. We felt taken care of from beginning to end.

We are already looking forward to booking our next trip with VIP Traveler. If you are looking for a seamless luxury travel experience with unforgettable destinations this is absolutely the way to go.

My initial skepticism of VIP Traveler quickly gave way when I got to work with Chris! Given their ongoing Maldives resort offer at the time did not line up with my desired dates, I decided to try their $250 membership to work with a “personal stylist.” Not only was Chris able to arrange a great rate for me, but he waived the membership fee since “it was a simple email exchange with the resort.” That’s real customer service!

My wife and I went to the Biltmore in AZ when it was cold and wet up in the PNW. We signed up for 3 days but ended up staying for 5 because it was so nice. The $100 per day was super helpful and we had a great time. beautiful place and the rooms were amazing

My husband and I went to the Maldives and Dubai for our honeymoon via VIP traveler and we could not recommend it enough. VIP traveler was seamless to work with, and provided exceptional service. They were very organized and helped make our honeymoon special. I had never used a travel agency in the past, but will continue to use VIP traveler.

It is exactly 30 days before my scheduled vacation, and I have just been informed by VIP that the hotel I booked—Marriott Miches Beach—has closed. VIP was aware of this closure months ago, yet I was never notified.

This situation should have been addressed well in advance, but it was not. I only became aware of the issue because I proactively called VIP a few days ago to check on my reservation. During that call, I was informed of the closure and told that my reservation had essentially fallen through the cracks.

VIP acknowledged that they had been rebooking affected guests at another property in the Dominican Republic, the W Punta Cana, and that this process had been successful for others. I was led to believe this would be my resolution as well.

I have now been informed that VIP is unable to rebook me at the W Punta Cana.

At this point, I have already secured time off from work, booked my flights, and paid all associated fees. With only 30 days remaining before my vacation, this last-minute notification and lack of resolution is unacceptable. VIP’s failure to notify me in a timely manner and to properly handle my reservation has caused significant stress and disruption to my travel plans.

My wife and I booked a trip to Thailand through VIP Traveler. From multiple sets of airport transfers, to the five star hotel experiences, to booking and planning excursions, I would strongly encourage anyone looking for a stress free and exceptional travel experience to book through VIP Traveler.
Once landed in Thailand, a guide met us right outside of the plane to fast track us through immigration and gathered our bags for us and brought us right to our driver for transfer to the first hotel. We had a couple domestic flights that were included within our travel package and once again, each airport drop off and pick up were seamless.
The guides that VIP Traveler partnered with could not have been more helpful and friendly throughout each of our excursions.
For the price and the service we received, I will be recommending VIP Traveler to all my friends and family and I know my wife and I will be booking multiple trips in the future with them as well.

I am a very selective traveler, and VIP Traveler truly impressed me. I booked a trip to Bali through them and stayed at The Apurva Kempinski and Padma Ubud, two incredible luxury resorts. Both properties were exactly as described online, with outstanding service and breathtaking surroundings.

I did not know who VIP traveler was before a pop up and came up on Facebook with an offer for an Iconic hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. I called them up to discuss the offer and could not believe the pricing for this vacation and what it included. Top notch customer service, first class offerings, and great follow up before and after the trip.

Our trip details were: Arizona Biltmore - This deal came across my Facebook page from VIP Traveler. My wife and I had been to this resort about 20 years ago and we knew how beautiful it was. I was skeptical at first seeing the price from VIP for this trip, it seemed to good to be true. I called a representative from VIP and felt comfortable booking the Hotel, glad I did. This is an unbelievable deal for an iconic hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. The grounds are immaculate, the views stunning, and truly a first class experience. The deal included a Casita within a stand alone building with 4 units, each with its own fire pit and lounge area, we had a room on the second floor and we overlooked the pool and mountains. This deal also included access to the Citris Room which is an exclusive private area with breakfast items, lunch items, snacks, desserts, and best of all custom made cocktails. We figured alone this saved us over $500 for the stay. The deal also included a his/hers salt therapy session at the spa, a $100 a day credit to use in any restaurant, the spa, the lounge or the gift shop. We had 2 dinners at the restaurants on site and they were outstanding. We are going back, this time with friends, this is a tremendous savings at a once in a lifetime resort stay.
