Booked tickets for ashes tour fairly easy to do but it says there is a window at the end to say you want a car park space but there wasn’t so had to ring

VIP Matchdays hosted us at the Crufts25 event this year. We couldn’t have asked for a single thing to make it even better. Admin before and during the event was excellent. Staff looking after us on the day were warm welcoming and so hospitable. The food and beverages are of a high standard. We look forward to next year.

Everything worked! I bought tickets in a box for Crystal Palace vs Ipswich. Booking was easy, tickets arrived on time, very helpful staff to sort out an issue and the day itself went very smoothly.

My wife and I were travelling to London, and high on our list of things to do was to attend a Premier League game at the Emirates. Being from the States, I didn't realize that this was not as straightforward as it is here for say an NFL game. Here, you go on StubHub or whatever and you buy tickets anywhere in the venue you like. It's different for the Premier League. Since I wanted to book my travel well in advance, my options were limited. After doing a bunch of research, I felt hospitality tickets were going to be the best bet. A little pricey, but worth it for great seats, complimentary drinks and a meal, stadium tour, etc.

I tried booking with Arsenal directly, and they were very responsive. They wouldn't take the booking until after I needed to book my trip, so after some research I found VIP Matchdays.

The staff there was extremely responsive to my pre-sales questions, and took my booking in my timeframe. There weren't a ton of reviews, but I took the chance.

I was a bit nervous for two reasons. First, fraud in the ticket sales industry is big. Next, after booking, I was told I'd get the tickets a few days before the event.

I had several questions between when I booked and when I travelled to London, and every time I reached out VIA email I got a response within a few minutes if it was even close to UK business hours. If it was outside business hours I had an answer the next morning. So, customer service proved to be top notch.

When the tickets did arrive via email, they came with clear instructions on how to use them, what to wear (no away colors), etc. In addition, the day before the match they sent a detailed itinerary for matchday.

So, the seats were excellent, the amenities were outstanding, and the service exceeded expectations.

I strongly recommend VIP Matchdays. They really came through and made attending the match the highlight of my vacation.

Not the greatest hospitality cold coffee a pie that you can buy in the stands and never got team sheets.

The event was well organised and well thought out. Everyone in our party of four enjoyed themselves the whole evening.

Very helpful, kept me updated while I waited for the tickets to be released. Would recommend.
