A total waste of $100 – Glitchy hardware and terrible support!

I would give this zero stars if I could. My experience started with a missing screen protector, followed by the insulting request to provide "photo proof of an empty box." After waiting over a month for a replacement, the watch itself failed. The UI is unstable, constantly reverting my custom themes to the manufacturer default. Now, it won't hold a charge for more than 24 hours.

To make matters worse, the app interface is clunky and requires a manual login every single day just to sync. I’ve reached out for a refund multiple times with no response. Do not be fooled by the sleek design; it is a poorly made product backed by nonexistent customer service. Save your money.

The watch looks great and meets all my needs in regard to smart watch features.

Received my watch 6 days ago.
It says you can return within 14 day without any reason.
The watch face is too big for my wrist. So I emailed and said i want to return my watch.
I got an email back saying they couldn't help with this and there is no returns.
I questioned them by saying I can return within 14 day of receiving.
They said sorry I cannot return it.

It does and is exactly what the advert states - so very pleased with my purchase - thankyou

Have to say I was skeptical about all the “I love my watch” comments but Once I received mine and got it figured out which was simpler than I made it to be, I too love this watch and the price was great. I just wish I ordered the screen protector at the same time.

Absolutely horrendous customer service - will ignore emails for weeks and weeks at a time.
There terms of service might as well not exist as they will twist the truth to suit them or delay responding so they do no apply.

This is a scam business . My watch lasted three days and I paid 160$ on sale and now the company is not reachable and it says has 14 day money back guarantee and that is a scam . Tbe company has nothing but an email to send and they don’t answer them . Then i find out the watch from china is probley worth 30$ and this company shipped from Germany . So disappointed I didn’t do more research . Never buy from any sites unlesss they have an adress or 1800 number . All reviews on site are made by fake people
