Měl jsem velmi špatnou zkušenost s podporou a moderací na Vinted.

Můj účet byl trvale zablokován kvůli „prodeji padělků“, přestože šlo o originální obal na iPhone značky Guess zakoupený u legitimního prodejce (poskytl jsem účtenku i fotografie jako důkaz).

Problém vznikl kvůli jednoduché chybě v inzerátu – zvolil jsem značku „Apple“ místo toho, abych uvedl kompatibilitu s iPhonem. I přes jasné vysvětlení a doložení důkazů platforma tuto situaci vyhodnotila jako závažné porušení pravidel a můj účet trvale zablokovala.

Měl jsem více než 130 pozitivních hodnocení a platformu jsem používal více než 5 let bez jakýchkoliv problémů. Trvalý ban za jednorázovou chybu mi přijde naprosto nepřiměřený.

Odpovědi podpory byly pomalé, obecné a zdálo se, že vůbec nezohledňují důkazy, které jsem poskytl. Ani po kontaktování právního oddělení nedošlo k přehodnocení rozhodnutí.

Celkově je přístup k řešení takových situací a nedostatek transparentnosti velmi znepokojující.

Z toho důvodu platformu Vinted určitě NEDOPORUČUJI!

Thieves who take your money for “buyer protection,” but leave you stranded when there’s a problem. The system favors scammers who can lie about the condition of items without facing any responsibility. The deceived buyer loses their money and can’t even leave a negative review.

Be careful! The money you pay them is not real protectio. it’s just a fee for using Vinted. If something goes wrong, you won’t resolve anything with them. Their communication is completely off, irrelevant, and they don’t respond to your questions at all.

Honestly, a big disappointment. Ever since Vinted switched to AI, accounts are being blocked for no clear reason. Communication is practically nonexistent, and appeals can take months to be reviewed—often with no result at all. A platform that used to work great has significantly worsened because of this. 👎

I have been dealing with Vinted for 3 months regarding a wrongful ban on my account (misazadnx). I provided the original purchase receipt as clear proof of authenticity, yet their support keeps ignoring the facts and sending automated bot responses. This is a scam-like behavior where Vinted falsely accuses honest sellers of selling "counterfeits" just to avoid responsibility. If my account is not restored immediately, I am escalating this to the Czech Trade Inspection (COI) and the European Consumer Centre. Absolutely pathetic service.

Dostala jsem tašku, která byla popsána jako „velmi dobrý stav - málo používaná“, ale dorazila extrémně hygienicky znečitěná na podšívce. Musela jsem s ní manipulovat v gumových rukavicích, jak byla špinavá!
Přestože jsem podpoře Vintedu poskytla jasné fotografické důkazy o tomto biologicky nebezpečném materiálu (odpadu), vše ignorovala a záměrně protahovala komunikaci automatickými odpověďmi, čímž získala čas, aby platba propadla prodejci.

Jejich „Ochrana kupujícího“ je podvod – zaplatila jsem poplatek, ale oni mě donutili buď zaplatit drahou zpětnou přepravu nebezpečného odpadu do Polska, nebo přijít o peníze. Rozhodli se podpořit podvodného prodejce, přestože platba za ochranu kupujícího je povinná je zcela nefunkční. Podporují silně kontaminované zboží.

Nezbývá než kontaktovat ECC a Litevský úřad na ochranu spotřebitele (VVTAT), protože nikdo živý z Vintedu vám nikdy neodpoví.

I am extremely disappointed with Vinted. My account was unfairly blocked without any valid reason. I have tried to appeal this decision and contacted their customer support multiple times, but I have received no response or help at all.
It is very frustrating to be ignored when you haven't broken any rules. I just want my account back or at least a proper explanation from a real human being. I hope Vinted takes this seriously and contacts me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

No customer support at all, pointless.
I use same shipping address for four years without any problem, now after last buy I got message the address is wrong and order must be cancelled. Wrote to customer support in hope to get any solution, waiting more than two days for any answer. Then somebody Anet sent me copy&paste message saying I have to change my address. No interest to investigate the problem, no wish to help. Now I am again waiting second day for any reaction from there. Fully disappointed!

The costumer service is a joke. They not interested to help at all.

Absolutely unacceptable. It is very clear to me that Vinted is not interested in accommodating their users who are immigrants and live in other countries. Useless customer service with no interest to help, they are refusing to let me widraw my money. Be aware that you are only allowed to have Vinted account in one country and only allowed to widraw your money if you have a bank account in that given country, so good luck if you move countries. This platform is old enough to have options of international payment or PayPal. Absolute scam.

Now you can sell even electronics, go ahead and earn your money.

Poplatek za ochranu kupujícího je k ničemu, zákaznická podpora = 0, převod peněz z penezenky trvá, nelze filtrovat dle vzdálenosti nebo země.

Spokojenost.

Okamzita blokace po vice 200 *5 recenzich, bez vysvetleni, varovani a dostavam zpet jen odpovedi robota, arogantni,urazlive chovani, odkazuji na sve podminky, ale same ji nedodrzuji, uz nikdy vice, takovyto pristup jsem jeste nezazila. a to mi neni davno 20
