I received 4 shirts that weren’t even close to the right size. They say 2x but they fit like they might be a size large.
I received four shirts that said they were 2 xl and fit like they might be a large. They will not return them without me shipping them on my dime to China. That’s after trying to actually make contact for 3 weeks…with no response.

Bought a retractable washing line from Vinsani (via a very well known online shop).
Item is cheap and nasty. Didn't work, with one half of the line not retracting at all. Whole item just felt cheap, nasty a d not worth the money. Certainly wouldn't buy from them again. AVOID and dont waste yiur money!
Very poor service
Ordered shirts from them over two weeks ago but haven’t received my order yet. Worse is the customer service where I can’t even find out where my order is. An hour after I ordered I let them know that my address was slightly incorrect but apparently they couldn’t change it so I have no idea where my package is. Terrible experience with this company.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Washing line delivered without required accessories which were supposed to be included in the box. 8 days, 7 emails, 7 pictures, 1 video later and still they cannot send me the missing accessories they should have delivered me. Clearly they are trying to get out of paying additional costs even when they are at fault.
Would not buy from here again.

The product arrived quickly and all seemed ok with it, however I’ve ordered the wrong one, sent it back, they’ve acknowledged receiving it and will refund, now nearly a week later and they are now asking for proof of postage, having admitting to receiving it. Therefore I would not recommend this company as trying to get a refund is very stressful 🤬🤬🤬
Incorrect item received
I ordered via Amazon, two shoe racks. What arrived a few days later was two coffee pod holders. Upon reporting the incorrect items I’d received, I was offered a 25% refund on the incorrect items I’d received, expecting me to pay 75% of the cost of something I didn’t order. I had to fight to get them to come and pick up the incorrect items. They refused to refund me or dispatch the correct items before the incorrect item had been picked up. This has now been collected two days ago and I have not received any further information about my refund or replacement correct items. Very disappointing, frustrating and rude.
No way to get in touch with them after sale
I ordered a set of glasses and wanted to arrange a return and refund. I wrote to their email ID but have not received a response till date. Their phone number does not work so I cannot get in touch with them over call. I would advise everyone to avoid this company.
Appalling After Sales Service
I bought a retractable washing line on 3/5/23 and installed it a few days later. We usually don't have much washing and the secondary line gets light use at best. On 3/7/23, the secondary line would not retract into the housing and there was no tension on the line at all. I sent a very politely worded email to Vinsani advising them of the situation and requesting that they revert to me at their convenience. I received a response the following day advising me that, as 30 days had passed, they were not prepared to assist me in any way. I subsequently informed them that although 30 days had passed, the fault had only developed after that period and that whilst I appreciated the returns policy, I would also expect a quality product to still last much longer and to provide their opinion on the matter. I then received another very short response that included the words 'Sorry' and 'Have a great day' which, as I'm sure you will agree, was not ideal by any standards.
I think that this highlights the difference between a company that cares about the customer compared to one that only cares about the profit.
I've dealt with several reputable companies in the past that are more than happy to assist customers after the returns period because they know it makes good business sense and those customers will come back, but unfortunately, this isn't one of those companies.
I feel like I might be able to gain some small consolation if, by providing this feedback, I can at least inform my fellow shoppers of my experience and I will feel better if I can save you your hard earned money by advising you to consider looking elsewhere and hopefully finding a company that values your long term custom.

Purchased 9pcs Portable Tin Scented Candles through Amazon. They arrived before the expected delivery date and were beautifully packaged as a gift which was perfect as it was bought for a friend as a present. She loved them. Great value for price.

I am not surprised this company gets bad reviews. I ordered steel pegs and they put tiny holes in my clothes after taking them from the clothes line. Tried for a refund but they refused. Would not recommend.
POOR SERVICE
I ordered wooden letters via Amazon, 3 of the 6 letters were almost identical in colour and next to each other for my grandsons name, was told unfortunately unable to pick specific colours and then had to pay for postage to return!

Purchased through Amazon a Nespresso storage tray. It was not suitable and I returned it, paying the postage myself which was fine. Instead of getting a refund of approx £20, they sent me 64p!!! They said it was damaged and included a photo. It was definitely not when I packaged it and returned via their appointed carrier. Would never buy again from them, plus Amazon just aren't interested in helping.
Vinsani I had great customer service
I purchased a product from vinsani delivery was fast and the price was great . Didn't get to use the product for some time but when I did it was was found to have a faulty part , I contacted Vinsani and I had great customer service from them and was sent a replacement part and even tho I had passed the warranty time . My product is working great now and happy.
Fraudulent - don’t go near this shower
Fraudulent, think they’re above the law. I purchased an item from this seller, which turned out to be faulty. No big deal, refund, replace or repair, and I gave them the choice. Since it was 30 days after the purchase date, they reiterated three times they weren’t prepared to do a single thing, and somehow they believe they’re exempt from the consumer rights act, or any European law giving a two year warranty on all new products. Don’t go near them folks. Reported to Trading Standards and the consumer ombudsman.

I am very disappointed with this company. I live overseas and purchased a gift for my one-year old niece. The gift arrived clearly damaged and broken. We got in contact directly, as per the Amazon instructions and immediately got a response from ‘Alyssa’, asking for photos and highlighting the likelihood of delay due to current high demand. I provided the photos, explained it was a gift and provided my brother’s contact details too. Despite six follow up emails, there is only one response – they ignore direct emails and emails generated via Amazon are responded with “…send photos..” then “ …we did not receive any emails..”

I bought a table through amazon. It arrived on time but was damaged. It had a huge dent and didn’t open flat. I requested a return but the seller’s terms say I have to cover the postage, and on a table like this, it was £19.89! However, they said that if the damage was their fault, they’d reimburse the postage too. 10+ emails with Amazon, countless issues raised with them, 5+ emails with the seller and despite acknowledging the damage was their fault, they refused to refund the postage. As they broke their own terms, Amazon thankfully refunded me.
This has been the most stressful, most time consuming experience. This seller was disgraceful.
