I ordered in December so a month ago & no tracking number and no way to contact company! Unbelievable

Scam ass mothers would like to meet someone who tell me they work for them they need to be deleted from any search damn ass

Never received order placed 42 days ago! Received order confirmation immediately, however all contact emails are NOT active and phone number leads to even more scam offers with no way to actually contact anyone about my missing order!!
With today's technology, how are these scammers able to stay online and continue to scam others??!!!
There's gotta be a way to shut this down!

They are rip offs and I’ve went to the bank and told them I did not order from this site it never went thru and thinking the order was never confirmed I’ve since tried to contact them by phone they say on the add there in New York but the area code is California I call they answer an pretend they can’t hear me now I have the phone on redial and it calls them every 5 mins and I’d like to know why Google and Google chrome has there business listed at all I blame Google for all this I’ve trusted Google for the last time I will never use there services again I’m deleting all contacts of Google out of all my smart phones iPads Mac computers and I’m gonna carry on till I get some kinda answer from them why they let these fraud sites list with them

Obviously a scam since I've now read the reviews on here. I'm just another victim of this company taking my money. Ordered a lamp from them and 4 days later, still no tracking number. Came here and low and behold...others saying they never got their item. I called my bank and immediately canceled my credit card. They're not taking any more of my money. $57 was enough. Thanks Vinrise. You suck. I'm reading reviews from now on when it comes to ordering from companies. I won't make this mistake again. Edit: just filed a report with the FTC regarding this company. I hope you see this Vinrise.👍

I paid them 59.99 on my debit card and they took out 73.55 ,, they never sent my order

SCAM! Paid for the trailer kit. I recieved an order conformation but no tracking was ever recieved. I was told 2 weeks on delivery. I've found 3 support email accounts all 3 have been not real addresses all attempts to communicate on these addresses were failed delivery. Found 1 customer service phone number & all it does is offer prepaid cards $100 for $3.58. No human or mention of vinrise. Just a loop to offer the card or next offer which spoiler alert is a card. Do not lose your money too. There's no product to buy just a scam.

Placed an order and they charged my PayPal account, the no further contact. I was scammed. I have filed a complaint with PayPal.

SCAM SCAM SCAM don’t use this website because it’s a scam I paid for some tools and they got paid for it and they never shipped it to me but they said they canceled my order and issued me a refund which I never received and it’s been over a month ago and i have tried and tried to get my money back and still haven’t received it so don’t believe the scam

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I placed an order with them and during the confirmation process I received a text from Apple that my card number had been added to someone else’s wallet. I stopped the payment and was immediately contacted by Vinrise informing me that the transaction failed and wanted my bank account information. Bastards!

SCAM ALERT
I never received my order. Link to customer support doesn’t work. I called store number in New York a recording that just hangs up on you. Also emailed complaint to customer support for it to come back undeliverable. m.17track.net who supposedly was tracking shipment from China must be bogus too. It shows it was delivered. It was not

I ordered almost month ago but they never send my product. When i email the email comback that those email never exits. When i call customer service number they ask me give me credit card number and all information. Its all scam.

This is a SCAM company! Don't make my mistake by ordering from them! I never received my ordered merchandise. I phoned two weeks after my online order to enquirer about it. They asked for all my information, including the routing number of my checking account! When I refused politely to provide this, they. hung up on me (after four more insistences that I provide them with sensitive information). This is 100% a SCAM outfit!

Paid for product on the 12th. Nothing yet. No shipping notice. Email given came back fraudulent NOTHING. This company is a complete fraud. The guys who made videos & say some good and some bad are obviously on their payroll to lie. Don't fall for this low-priced thievery! You won't get anything at all!
