Yet another wine club scam, cheap intro prices then they trick u into buying more and more and more just to unload junk wines. Should have known better than to try these guys again.

The wines are coming so fast that we have no room to store them. I ordered what I thought was 12 bottles of champagne for gifts. What arrived was a mixture of Rose and champagne. Very disappointed. Misunderstanding resolved
I ordered the introductory wine case for $142. THe wine was OK, You are asked questions when signing up, what type of wine do you like. Well, I received some wines I don't care for, such as Pino and Merlo. Not usually as bold as Malbec or Cabernet. I received 6 bottles couple weeks later, with no warning, no email, no invoice, and charged $158. I looked on their website, no phone number to call. I received an email with a phone, #, I called, rep said send it back and get store credit.
I was contacted by a Senior Representative who credited me for the last case, no need to return it. Thanks for the quick response.

All wine clubs are not the same! I loved the wines from Vinesse. I had tried others and they were just meh. They sent a few decent ones to whet your appetite and then not so great.
The chardonnay I had from Vinesse was the best I've ever had. I was sad when it was gone.
Really give them a go and see if you don't agree. Save the chardonnay for someone special!

$50+ for shipping on 6 bottles. Price is too high on individual bottles. The bottles they have sent us were not very good. They supposedly have a money-back guarantee, but I cannot get into my account on their website any more and they don't respond to e-mails.
*EDIT*Got an e-mail to reset my account, but it failed. Still trying to get into my account to resolve the issues we have.
