Since my first call to Matthew to the completion of my re-mortgage, the service I received has been fantastic. Matthew has always been on hand to help every step of the way and give some invaluable guidance for me as my specific requirements were not straightforward. I cannot recommend Vincent Burch enough and in particular Mathew Lyon. He always had time for my questions and responded very quickly. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for him. The process, once I received a mortgage offer, was also very good and communication from all involved was fantastic.

I have used this company first time for purchasing a buy to let property. From start to finish, they acted in a very professional manner. They always kept us informed with regular emails. A special thank you to Jan Zblewski for all his help sorting the mortgage out.

I recently completed on a number of remortgages with the same lender and used Vincent Burch Mortgage Services who were excellent to deal with.
Charley Walpole, the Mortgage Advisor was very helpful securing the required rate and Liam Tomblin, the Mortgage Administrator worked extremely hard to ensure that the lender's conveyancing team kept to the requested timescales. Liam was in direct communication throughout the process and I felt that I was always able to get a clear update from him as the process progressed to completion.
