Not a good retailer do not offer exchanges or refunds. Sub standard quality products, ghost you when you ask questions would not recommend don't waste your money

This company is nothing but a fake. They charge huge prices for clothing that is shipped directly from China and looks nothing like the goods on the site. I was sucked in thinking it was a legit Australian site, but it clearly is not. They also refuse to refund which certainly implies they know their goods are shoddy fakes, so I have a big credit with them for clothing that I would never trust nor want. I just threw away almost $250. Maybe this review will stop someone else from falling for this scam. I hope so, because I was gifted the money to treat myself after some difficult times… and the result of my stupidity is here in this review. I’m not sure my faith in humanity is restorable at this point. #smashthepatriarchy

I purchased a denim shirt which arrived with a stain on it. Firstly the denim was not denim and a thin printed material to look like denim.. I requested a refund(as the shirt was faulty ) via email and wrote on the return slip with the shirt as advised by VV. A week later I enquired where my refund was- no response. After another week, I received a notification with a tracking number for a new shirt (which I didn’t request). I emailed Villa Vibes several times with no response. I then initiated a dispute via PayPal as I was unable to make contact with them. A few weeks later I received a notification the shirt had been delivered. I emailed VV saying the shirt had NOT been delivered and requested proof of delivery. No response. I tried contacting them via social media but they blocked me.I contacted PayPal yet again. A few days later I received a email asking me to return the shirt (I don’t have) so I could get a refund? Not sure how you return something you don’t have. Again I asked them to send proof of delivery and no response. So again I contacted PayPal and they told me they were monitoring the case. After many hours, weeks of my time, I finally received a refund but only with the assistance of PayPal. Now that I am getting a refund, Villa Vibes have emailed me and asked me to remove my post from here? Do not buy from them. Don’t be fooled thinking you are dealing with an Australian based company . The only thing Australian is their return address. The pieces are cheap overpriced products with no customer service. And NO I am not removing my review. Why should anyone else have to go through this time wasting experience.

The lace dress I purchased is similar to the listing, except mine hasn’t got the pretty hemming, instead it’s a quick rolled hem which really takes away from the elegance. There are long threads hanging off it and it’s basically shapeless. And something went wrong with measurements during production because the band that is supposed to sit UNDER the bust - according to website photos- sits across the middle.

The clothing is cheap and nasty, takes forever to arrive. Clothing is going straight in the bin. Do not buy from this site! 😞

The product was not true to what I purchased. Sizing was way off. I ordered a Large size in a dress that came with a tag that had both Large and extra large tags on it but when I tried on it was a small. My daughter who is size 8 couldn’t even do zip up. When I advised them I wanted to return they said I was a couple of days outside return policy. I advised it was faulty, still refused. My friend also purchased a different dress which hers was the same - sizing and quality not correct. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Bought a top online when I recieved it looked nothing like the picture they advertise didn't sit the way it does in the picture and sleeves don't even fit my arm. The quality of material is cheap rubbish they try make out they are like a luxury clothing line they are cheap crap. Now arguing with them to try get a refund they should be reported and shut down for mis leading customers they way they do

I ordered the Jasmine Shell Pink Lace Dress and it’s awful, it’s cheaply made and sewn, the lining is see through and doesn’t fit even with measuring and using their guidelines. It also states no refunds offered which under Australian Consumer Law, "no refund" policies are illegal if the goods are faulty, unsafe, or not fit for purpose and this wasn’t fit for purpose. Save your money and time and don’t purchase through this company. The reviews are fake and they vet reviews on their page so honest reviews like this can’t be seen. Disappointing to say the least.

Paid $149 AUD for a cheap made product. The material is very thin and creases very easily. The sleaves also thin, nothing like the picture. The zipper is also very cheap. Very disappointed. This is something you would buy from Temu for around $30

Purchased the Jasmine dress it was cheap and nasty, nothing like the photo. Exchanged Jasmine dress for Mika dress, omg it only gets worse the fabric is like a vinyl and doesn't fit correctly even after following their sizing guide. Don't buy anything from Villa Vibes the product is not as described or looks like in photos. Complete rip off!

I would give no stars if at all possible. Advertised product pictured looks well made and of good quality. What I received lacks both of those things. Cheap Windcheater material that in no way matches the quality fabric pictured on their website or the colour. Returned it at my expense and requested a refund as the item did not match the picture or the quality paid for. Refused and have said I can only get a credit. I don’t want anything from them and now have to dispute the charge. Buyer Beware!
