I sent binoculars to Viking via RSBP Sandy. Both gave excellent service. Viking Tightened the hinge.
Reset the prisms and realign the binocular.
Replace the twist-up eyecups.
Email sent quoting what would be done and the cost. After payment received binoculars were returned promptly. Many thanks to all staf concerned.

Really happy with advice given and service. Binoculars took a heavy knock whilst in a rucksack. Diopter was realigned, but also the hinge was repaired and internal focus was reset as part of the warranty and as a free extra. Very happy. Thanks very much!
