I’ve had several levels of treatment from Chris and I can’t recommend his services enough. I beat a 20 year smoking habit in one session and to this day I’ve never smoked or even thought about it since. He’s a great person he’s fun to be around, a real positive influence. I would one hesitate to point anyone his way.

I first used Viking Hypnotherapy ay the beginning of a career change with successful results leading to me getting the job I wanted and believing in myself more, having more confidence and helping my general mental well being massively. After such successful results and feeling confident that Chris listened and tailored what was required I decided to stop smoking using Viking Hypnotherapy. After many unsuccessful attempts to stop using patches, vaping, ‘Cold turkey’ and any other method you could think of I decided I’d give Viking Hypnotherapy a go - amazing. Stop that day and haven’t even had a single draw of a cigarette since and that was 2 years ago! Bizarre that I have had zero cravings, not had a single draw of a cigarette and physically and mentally I feel as I’ve never been a smoker. It’s almost a bizarre feeling but it’s fantastic.
Can’t recommend Chris enough as he’s helped me get control of my life and quit smoking.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Viking Hypnotherapy - the best money I’ve ever spent and the most comfortable and confident I’ve been working with someone.

Went to Viking Hypnotherapy to help with confidence. Was skeptical at first but after a few sessions I could definitely feel a difference in how I was. Over the sessions this progress and felt a lot better in certain situations. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

I never thought hypnotherapy would ever work, I used to think of it as some gimmick or false pretence that was alway put on.
I definitely had my doubts with what’s going on in the world after speaking with Chris and explaining my situation I felt relaxed and comfortable and came away with a complete new out look not just on hypnotherapy but on life in general.
I lacked focus and drive and I got both back from my time with Chris.
He listens to your needs and then coaches you through what ever curve ball life throws at you. He is there for support when ever you need him. He understands Rome wasn’t built in a day but knows that if you build it together it gets built quicker.
Not only that he is a sound bloke to top it off can’t wait for my next session
