I would not recommend Vigo
I would not recommend Vigo due to the way the company is managed.
The colleagues I worked with were friendly and professional, but the management experience was extremely disappointing. In particular, Steve had a significant influence on areas that were outside his role. Despite being responsible for the IT department, he regularly involved himself in my copywriting work, and his feedback ultimately led to my dismissal.
What I found especially frustrating was the lack of transparency. During meetings, I was consistently told that my work was meeting expectations. However, when I later asked about growth opportunities and a potential promotion, the narrative suddenly changed, and I was presented with criticism from Steve that had never been raised before.
Communication within the company was also problematic. Important emails could go unanswered for days, making it difficult to complete tasks efficiently. Then, without any prior warning or performance improvement process, my employment was terminated and all access to company systems was removed immediately.
The most concerning part was that even HR could not provide a clear explanation for the decision and was afraid to ask because she feared losing her own job. When I reached out directly to my manager in hopes of understanding the reason behind my termination, I received no response at all.
While I appreciated my shipping coworkers and enjoyed many aspects of the job, the lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism from management made this a negative experience overall.
My experience with the "VIGO Product Support Center."
Several years ago, I fell for the illusion that expensive shower columns were superior for my bathroom. I bought the VIGO Industries Model VG08001. As it turns out after several years of usage, it is no better and no worse than any other brand on the market, because they all come from the exact same factories in China.
Please, do not get me wrong. I respect Chinese products; many of them are sold in the USA under world-famous brand names. However, VIGO tries to hide their true origin. If you have a computer and know how to use AliExpress, you can verify it yourself: these exact fixtures cost four times less at the source. If you think paying the American corporate markup gets you "premium support," you are mistaken. VIGO Industries is a masterclass in modern consumer traps, and as the saying goes, free cheese exists only in a mousetrap.
When a handle on my column broke, I easily found the part number in their poorly written manual and ordered a replacement. It wasn’t cheap, but I paid. To my surprise, I received a completely wrong handle. I sent photos of both the incorrect part and the correct part to the very polite representative who had happily taken my money. A month later, the postman delivered a second package. Inside? The exact same wrong handle.
This kicked off a monthly email ritual with the "VIGO Product Support Center." Their typical response reads like a masterpiece of saying absolutely nothing:
"Hi Vphima, Good day. Yes! We already have the information here. I already reached out to our leads that way we can provide you the correct part. Once I have the information, I will reach you out right away."
My conclusion? Save your money and your sanity. Do not waste time with VIGO Industries. If you really want a shower column, cut out the middleman and buy it directly from an overseas manufacturer for a fraction of the price. Ironically, those direct manufacturers actually take full responsibility for their warranties and parts replacement.
And a final piece of advice: completely avoid shower columns with thermostatic valves. The concept sounds luxurious, but the execution is terrible. The lifespan is three years max, and good luck ever getting the right handle or cartridge to fix it.

Bought and installed Vigos touchless stainless kitchen faucet. Had a problem with the hose counterweight which was promptly resolved via warranty service. Two weeks in now and all is well.

In our case, the builder's subcontractor neglected to install the thresholds. I contacted VIGO for replacement parts. The response was timely and the parts were quickly dispatched. I would highly recommend VIGO products.

I recently installed the Vigo Ryland shower door, and it looks incredible while working flawlessly. I did run into a minor issue with the top roller, so I reached out to Vigo’s customer support team. They responded promptly, gathered the necessary details, and provided a solution within a couple of days. They confirmed the top roller needed replacement and shipped a new one right away.
I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and efficiently they resolved the issue. It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind its products and deliver such excellent customer service.
I’m currently renovating two more bathrooms and will definitely be sticking with Vigo, knowing I can rely on their quality and support.

It is rare for me to take the time to comment on the service provided by a company. However, I purchased VIGO faucets for my kitchen, and I absolutely love them.
Afterward, I experienced a minor issue, and I was genuinely impressed by VIGO’s customer service. The service was efficient, prompt, and courteous, which has unfortunately become quite rare in today’s marketplace.

I had an issue with my pop up drain and…
I had an issue with my pop up drain and I couldn’t find the part. I called Vigo, spoke with Ron, he was able to do a video call to see the issue. He ordered the part for me, when I would have needed to replace the drain at a higher cost. He was polite and understanding. I have never had a bad experience with Vigo products or calling customer service. Quality products.
VIGO shower system failure...
I purchased a VIGO shower system through Wayfair. Have gone through 2 replacements, last one in January. Problem the same loss of water pressure and water does not heat. VIGO has accepted no responsibility from the beginning. Thank You to Wayfair for providing the 2 replacements and finally crediting my account.

Great Design Upgrade That Actually Feels High-End

Water flow is smooth and doesn’t splash like I expected, and the single handle is easy to use. Installation was pretty straightforward, and the build quality feels solid.
Overall, it’s one of those upgrades that makes a big difference right away. Really happy with it.

Warranty claims made so easy, I'll buy again!
I've had to do a warranty claim twice in the 16 years since my bathroom was remodeled. Once just a few days ago and once a few years ago. And in both times I couldnt be happier with the experience. The representatives were both professional, courteous and most importantly they had the authorization to go ahead and issue my replacement right then and there. Empowered c/s reps make a difference. No hassle or delays waiting for approvals. I received my replacements in less than 4 days. I will buy Vigo products again because of this experience.

Disappointing
I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. The thread on the handle of my sink completely stripped. I requested a replacement part that falls under warranty back in June. After waiting months, the part I finally received was the wrong color. What followed was nonstop back-and-forth with customer service, with very little guidance or real solutions. I was eventually told that the correct color no longer exists and that they cannot replace the part, despite the issue clearly falling under warranty. The only solution was to refund me the amount I paid for the replacement, which I still have yet to receive.
After 7 months of delays, I’m now left with a faucet that cannot be properly repaired and I will have to replace the entire thing. The lack of urgency, accountability, and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company based on how warranty issues are handled.
I’m a residential contractor
I’m a residential contractor, and this review reflects my experience dealing with VIGO Industries’ warranty support — not the aesthetics of the product.
The issue involved a brand-new faucet installed in a newly completed home. Immediately upon occupancy, the homeowner experienced low water flow. The installing plumbing contractor diagnosed the problem as a clogged or damaged cartridge — a very common occurrence in new construction.
What should have been a simple replacement-part request turned into a prolonged and frustrating process. Despite providing the model number, invoice, vendor documentation, and a clear professional diagnosis, VIGO repeatedly insisted on:
A video demonstration
Serial numbers that do not exist on the invoice
Disassembly of a newly installed faucet using specialty tools, at the customer’s expense
This approach is impractical for homeowners and contractors alike. Removing a cartridge requires a service call that can easily exceed the cost of the replacement part itself, especially when the failure occurs immediately after installation.
Ultimately, my plumbing supplier replaced the entire faucet and is handling the warranty directly with VIGO — which resolved the issue, but only because the vendor stepped in.
My concern is not that issues happen — they do with any manufacturer. My concern is that VIGO’s warranty process appears designed to create friction rather than resolution.
Based on this experience, I would hesitate to specify VIGO products again for custom residential construction, simply because I cannot confidently place my clients into a warranty process like this.
I hope VIGO takes this feedback seriously and improves support for contractors and homeowners.
