Vietnam Visa VOA Bewertungen

Like many, I left my eVisa application to last minute. After a bit of research I reached out to Vietnam Visa VOA over Whatsapp and they were able to expedite my eVisa application within 6 hours. Many thanks to Anna and the team for the help

I contacted the agency last minute at around 7pm because I realized I needed a visa to enter Vietnam the day after. My flight was at 11am. I had other agencies charge me more than 2x what VOA charged me. Anna was honest and extremely helpful. I received my pre approval letter in order to check into my flight and board, and I received my e-visa at around 9:30am the day of my flight, just as I was boarding on my last leg to Vietnam.

Great experience and super recommend!

experience couldn't have been better. Keep up the great work!

Timely response
The staff were available even in late hours to process the request. They were very professional and responsive. They got all the request and processed without much difficulty.

We forgot to get the e-visa's for vietnam, and had flights in less than 24 hours. All of our hopes died to reach vietnam. Gracie assisted us and promised to provide us the visa in 4 working us on super urgent basis, and got the visas in 2 hours. Can't thank you guys enough, it's my birthday trip and this was more like an end moment priority gift 🎁

Vietnam Visa VOA have provided excellent service to fast track the visa process & other supports. Gracie from the firm was very prompt, professional & supportive with appropriate Information- did excellent job!

My wife, our baby, and I decided to go on vacation to Vietnam. We bought our flight tickets a couple of months in advance. Our departure was on September 25th, and we were scheduled to return on October 3rd.

We applied for eVisas through the official website, but there was a problem with my wife’s application. Since our baby and I hold European passports, our applications were approved without any issues. However, my wife, who holds a Zambian passport, kept receiving a message that said “amendment required,” without specifying what was missing. No matter how many times we tried to correct it, we kept getting the same response.

Two weeks before our flight, we started looking for another option and found Vietnam Visa VOA (Visa on Arrival). We would like to thank Gracie very much, she helped us a lot with the VOA process. We provided her with all the necessary information and documents, and the next day she sent us the approval documents my wife needed to travel.

At Heathrow Airport, we had to wait at the check-in counter for about 10 minutes while they got confirmation from the higher authorities. After that, we were able to board the plane without any problems.

When we landed in Vietnam, the immigration process was very smooth. It only took a couple of minutes, and there were no issues at all.

We would like to thank Gracie once again for her excellent support. She truly made our vacation complete!

This company made our trip possible. I left getting a Visa to last minute and was extremely stressed and worried my boyfriend and I would miss our trip. Gracie was able to help and was able to get us our LEGIT Visa’s in just a few hours. I am so so so thankful for this service and will use them again. Gracie was also very responsive through WhatsApp when I had questions. Thank you Gracie and Team. :)

We really appreciate the help and efficiency of Vietnam Visa Voa in the issuance of our Visa! You can trust them!

For the Brazilians: eles são bem confiáveis, conseguimos obter rapidamente o visto com eles depois de várias tentativas frustradas diretamente do site oficial do Vietnam

Great company, I had a problem with daughter visa and they applied for another one and everything went smoothly and she got it on time . Very trustworthy company, highly recommended

What a awesome experience with visa voa attendants. They're very dedicated to problem solving on time, and kindly informing about local culture. Their English communication is pretty good and they will provide the best service as possible for us. It was my second time making business together them, strongly recommend their customer service for getting visa and similar services.

Very very reliable people & fast good service

We were in a serious time crunch as we didn't submit an eVisa application until last Friday night. Our flight was supposed to be from Singapore to Hanoi on Monday, at 2:55 pm. A normal process would have taken at least a few days but applications are not processed over the weekend. We found Vietnam VOA using a Google search and contacted them. Of course, being online, we didn't know if we could trust them but our predicament precluded us from being too picky. They were quick to respond and explained all the options available to us. We decided to go with them as they set an eVisa approval time at 12:00 pm on Monday.

Come Monday, Gracie contacted us at 10:30 am to let us know we had been approved. She sent us the approval letters as we were on the train to the airport. We had been holding our breath the entire weekend!

Vietnam VOA was quick to respond, we'll priced, professional, and DELIVERED what they promised.

Much thanks to Gracie for guiding us every step of the way. We would absolutely recommend her and Vietnam VOA.

Im writing this for I found it very hard to find a credible business for this kind of service in a very stressful situation. So you can trust these guys, its not a scam they actually get it sorted for you and very quick as well (and the price is better than most although in general its very expensive). Hope whoever reads this goea through it with a bit less stress than me. Jared from australia.

Anna from VOA was very quick to respond to me and my partner and the info she gave was accurate.

My name is Assane, from Mozambique, currently living in Malaysia. I planned a trip to Vietnam on 30/07/2025 and started applying for my E-visa in June.
Every week, I received emails from the immigration asking me to complete and fill in all the information, but the instructions were not clear and I couldn’t figure out what mistakes I was making. For one and a half months, I kept trying to reapply without success.
A week before my trip, I decided to use an agent. I found the most affordable and convincing one, Gracie from Visavoa. She managed to solve the issue within 7 working days, and I received my visa on 28/07, just in time for my departure.
From my personal experience, it’s quite difficult for African countries to get an E-visa through the government website. I recommend applying directly through a trusted agent to save time, money, and stress. Thanks a lot to ms. Gracie for her patience and sincere work.

Did our visas last minute not knowing how long it would take to process, was feeling a bit stressed as our flight is on the Saturday of that week, Gracie was prompt with replying after I enquired on the website and had the visas in my inbox before 6pm that day, awesome service would recommend to anyone travelling to Vietnam needing a visa last minute or just in general thank you so much for your help!!

I’m a Brazilian citizen and I was truly impressed with the outstanding service provided by Grace. She was extremely fast, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Thanks to her efficiency, I was able to get my Vietnam visa promptly and without any issues.
I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of a quick and reliable visa process.

Disclaimer, this will be a long read,

My sisters and I planned a trip to Vietnam, and according to the Vietnam e-visa portal, it takes about 3 to 5 working days to process. But boy—oh boy—did we not anticipate the disadvantages that come with having an African passport (Zimbabwean, to be specific).

We were set to travel on July 3rd, so we started the e-visa process in mid-May. Three days later, we got the first "Please fill in all required information" email. Even though we had completed everything, we returned to the portal and re-typed all our information, double-checking every field. We even uploaded extra documents like travel insurance and flight reservations. But three days later, we received the same email, and repeated the process.

When the same email arrived for the fourth time, we started to worry as the travel date loomed. We did more research (and almost canceled the trip!) and realized this problem was common for Vietnam e-visa applicants. Many suggested going the visa-on-arrival route by getting an approval letter from visa agencies.

The first visa agency we contacted just told us it was difficult to get a visa on a Zimbabwean passport and didn’t want to assist us further. That’s when we reached out to Vietnam Visa VOA and spoke to Gracie.

Gracie was friendly and a breath of fresh air after a month of frustration. She was honest about the strict rules for Zimbabwean passports, and advised that the only service she could provide was the visa approval letter. She asked if we’d traveled before and if we could provide proof, along with our passport copy, flight reservation, and itinerary.

We submitted everything and paid for express processing, which was supposed to take three working days. Honestly, I was skeptical, even after reading good reviews—lol! But we received our visa approval letter within 24 hours. You have no idea how happy and relieved we were!

We then engaged Gracie for additional services: fast track for visa on arrival, and airport transfer.

I am truly impressed by how efficient and outstanding the service was. We were in and out of Da Nang International Airport in 20 minutes! The agent who assisted us collected our passports and the $25 visa fee and returned in 5 minutes—even with long queues at the VOA desk and immigration. We were directed to an almost empty counter, and the only wait was for our bags (about 10 minutes max). For someone who hates queues, like me, this was gold. Our friendly driver was already waiting for us outside. The entire process was seamless!

If you’re a Zimbabwean passport holder (or facing similar issues), I highly recommend using Gracie at Vietnam Visa VOA. Her honesty, professionalism, and efficient service transformed a month of stress into a smooth and happy arrival in Vietnam. Thanks again!

They helped me in the shortest notice and Miss Gracie was so helpful

After several Complications with online applications
Within 2 days I had my things done

I was about to fly from Singapore to Vietnam but applied 3 days before for the Vietnamese visa. I discovered so about the service to obtain my visa in one day and I contacted the lady to help me. She was super available and super nice, she responded quickly and solved everything in 8 hours. The price was transparent from the beginning and didn't add anything extra.
I'm also writing while I'm already in Vietnam, so the paper was truly official!
Thank you so much for your time and effort! I wish you good luck with everything!
