Lovely labrador plate
Ordered the plate but it was delayed due to Royal Mail dispute. Victoria took the trouble to email to explain it might be a little late. Lovely plate when it arrived.

Over the moon with his replacement mug
My husband had a Victoria Armstrong mug bought for him for Christmas a few years ago and over time it became chipped and cracked It wasn't safe to use for hot drinks and he was gutted that I had to throw it away I got him a new 1 now he is over the moon He loves the mug because it is very significant to him me and his dog We both love their mugs delivery was efficient as well

Excellent service
Had to buy a mug to replace one our dog broke when knocking over a table. Service was excellent. Wouldn’t have expected the mug to have survived the accident, so definitely no stars deducted for that.
