Have nothing but great things to say, super fast replies and my gorgeous pink palm tree slippers are amazing, I ordered when are pre-order and they came on the exact day which was advised. Wish I could have everything. Amazing small business, would definitely recommend.

I originally ordered a pair of slippers at the start of November for a Christmas present. A month later they still hadn't arrived so I contacted Beth, who said they were special edition but would be sent out next week. Few more weeks passed and I got nothing with Beth claiming they had been lost. I eventually got the slippers a week before Christmas but they were the wrong ones. Beth said she would send over the correct pair as soon as she could. We're now coming to the end of March and I haven't received a thing. Like the reviews below I've been getting countless lies about them being lost and her being in touch with Royal Mail about it, but that simply can't be true. She said she would try a different courier but has since stopped replying to emails. I'm attempting to get a refund now and put this whole thing to bed. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I originally purchased slippers on 4th December, they didn't arrive till 18th i ordered a 39/40 received a 37/38 was told by Beth to ignore size as they come up big. Slippers were to small so was sent back as agreed for an exchange to size i originally ordered. These slippers were received back by Beth on 31st December by recorded delivery. Fast forward to today 28th January and I have still not received my slippers. I've been told on numerous occasions they have been sent out, been giving void tracking numbers etc. All of this is backed up by emails I received stating this. I have never come across such an unprofessional company in my entire life, yes Beth returned emails but what she was telling me was untruthful. How many times can slippers get lost in the mail especially when it's signed for delivery. After giving them plenty of chances I contacted my bank to claim this as a fraudulent company so I can get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

If I could give this company no stars then I would.
Please do not order anything from this company, especially when they have offers on.
They had an offer on for buy one get one free on slippers.
One pair got delivered and I spent a whole month emailing the owner to find out when my next pair would be delivered.
In emails the owner lied about the package being “held” at my local depot to being unsuccessfully delivered. When I asked for tracking information nothing was sent to me. When a package did arrive it showed that the package was sent the day before - shock lol
When opening the package the pair of slippers were WRONG and in the WRONG SIZE. at this point I had enough as this was nearly 2 months from my original purchase. I asked for a refund, owner declined and I never got my second pair.
Tried to go through my bank for a refund and due to the fact that the offer was a buy one get one free they’re unable to give me a refund as the other pair were “free”
So do not bother with this brand!!! I also located the same exact pairs of slippers which you can purchase cheaper on shien :)))))
Also quite amusing they keep changing their domain name as if you search “Vibey and bleu” on here there’s different websites as they keep changing it due to their awful reviews.
