The full team - Craig, Beth, Kim, Ceira, and Ellie (hope I haven't missed anyone out) have been outstanding working on my case, they all collectively helped massively. With other companies involved with the purchase I just simply couldn't get through to them, but you can always count on Vibe to answer the phone/email and go the extra mile. I even communicated with some of the above members out of hours on WhatsApp! Will definitely use them again!

Having dealt with many mortgage brokers over the last decade I have come to have certain expectations when dealing with such entities. VIBE Finance however exceeded those expectations and it was a pleasure dealing with what I've come to regard as a well-run, professional company. There was one minor difficulty I encountered however once it was escalated it was dealt with promptly. My application became quite challenging with solicitor requirements becoming convoluted yet I found VIBE to be patient and supportive.

I've had great service from Vibe Finance - Particularly in the later stages following a late change of solicitor (due to lender requirement). At this time, when it was hard to get hold of my solicitor, Vibe really helped me with any lender enquiries I had in order to complete on time.

Yet again another exceptional service received from Beth @ Vibe. Many thanks for, once again, meeting my deadlines and doing it in a professional way and with a smile! Looking forward to our next project together :)

was communicate and kept in contact which was good but where i felt services could been improved was ensuring the lender had the full details as to what we were asking to borrow on as it was a flat and a garage however this wa not the case so we did not get enough money at completion for everything we wanted finance on eg (garage for redevelopment) was left of the finance so this mad it difficult as we had to then get the money to cover the garage cost to complete.
