We purchased the « luxury » glass table for 2,340 euros. After two years of service the glass exploded in a huge explosion projecting glass parts everywhere in the kitchen and damaging parquet and walls. Luckily our baby was not in the kitchen at that moment. Viadurini offers to replace the glass but refuses to indemnify the full cost of the table. We do not trust their glass anymore. And the table is not usable. Poor after sale service and poor product. The glass should have been protected against such explosion with a special film and the customer warned of that risk. We would not have purchased the table if we knew of such a risk

Great experience, I had some lights sent to rural Greece from Italy. We had challenges with the couriers and the address, Chiara could not have been more helpful, her communications, approach to the issue and the overall customer service was excellent. Thank you!!

Nice design but not so good quality. Cracked when install due to holes misalignment. Give 2 stars because of the friendly customer service but experience not so positive in terms of the process and product.

Although we had a few problems in putting our table together, the service we received from Viadurini, in particular, Chiara, was excellent. She was extremely helpful with both pre and post sale queries.

I ordered a set of 12 crystal cups as a wedding present. The delivery took almost 4 weeks, Viadurini customer support explaining that 1 of the cups was broken before being sent. Imagine my surprise when I collected the package: the cups were placed in 2 boxes, no wrapping, no care for delivery - just 2 boxes with cups placed in 1 FedEx box. Out of 12 cups, 6 were broken or damaged. At this moment they are still refusing to refund me, insisting to send me another 6 cups even though I stated multiple times that this is not acceptable.

I bought a sofa with the armchair on this site. The sofa is beautiful and the material is high quality. The package was packed perfectly. Absolutely recommended!

This company has Made in Italy advertised everywhere on their website yet many (most?) products are Made in China like my dining chairs unfortunately for me. Misleading if you're feeling generous, or otherwise bordering on dishonesty.
Their explanation is that Made in Italy items have that tag on the item description. My chairs didn't have the Made in Italy tag in the description therefore they feel justified in selling me a cheap product. So beware, most stuff is cheap crap at hyped prices.
I would neve have spent £150 per dining chair plus delivery if I'd known I'd get a Made in China product. I would have bought the same quality chair from Next.
Very bitterly disappointed as it would cost me £300 to return the chairs so I'm stuck with them as this company say they've done nothing wrong and won't pay to collect them.

I am upset with this company before I've even bought anything from them. I look up a 'Zeal' sofabed..it says it's a ludicrously cheap £164 until I choose a fabric...then suddenly it's over £900...what nonsense is that ? The sofabed is not to my knowledge available without fabric so what are they playing at ? Dodgy company?

Leveringen tog fire uger, hvilket vi først fik oplyst efter pengene var trukket. Men vi blev holdt informeret undervejs, så det var ok og værd at vente på.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Received badly damaged product and they have used every possible excuse to hold on to my money (£1600) and avoid a refund. 6 weeks later they still have my money and have had to contact my credit card provider to retrieve it. Appalling service. BEWARE!!

One of the best customer care ever experienced. I have ordered mirror Made in Italy for my new bathroom. Very high-quality manufacture and elegant piece of furniture.

dreadful company, poor communications, still holding on to my money despite delivering a broken piece of furniture over a month ago.
They keep giving spurious reasons for delay, hiding behind the courier when in fact my legal contract is with them. Avoid at all costs.
