Viable Power Bewertungen

My first dealing with Viable. Very impressed with the company's responsiveness - I was pleased to be given an early appointment - and the way in which Nathan at the office kept me informed. Jamie - the electrical engineer - arrived on time and dealt with the work swiftly and efficiently. All left clean and tidy.

Many thanks Viable!

Absolutely brilliant solar install from Viable Power. The team were fantastic from the survey to the actual install itself. All questions were answered clearly and the attention to detail and the way left the job tidy and clean at the end was great to see. Highly recommend this company for any of your solar installs. Shout out to Bradley and Steve who were the nicest people and who kept me up to date and informed and always kept me in the loop on any decisions needed.

Knowledgable and worked around my requirements to provide my solar system at a very competitive price. Installation was completed within a couple of weeks of paying deposit. Installers were very good with a neat installation of the panels and electrical equipment. Scaffolding up 2 days before and down the following day.

Viable Power were a pleasure to deal with. Professional and efficient. Would highly recommend!

In the summer, Viable Power installed new solar panels on my roof. The job was efficient and tidy.
The company, also, gave me a great deal of support and information to get my solar panels registered, for a Feed in Tariff. A job well done.

Our installer Brad did a great job, very neat and tidy and respectful of our home. He was very knowledgeable on the Fox battery and app and would recommend Viable Power

Viable Power did my solar and battery installation. Bradley has done an amazing installation. I am very happy with the service and level of expertise

Great Company and great install experience from point of survey to install. Rob, Bradley and Steve handled the survey and installation spot on. 2 other companies could not compete with the Viable Power. If you looking to get Solar Panels I highly recommend Viable Power.

Our solar panel installation was a great experience the whole team were very approachable and informative, the whole process only took 3 days and the team including Bradley, Steve and Jamie went through the whole system and app with me after installation. I would recommend Viable to anyone

The skilled & knowledgeable team at Viable Power was invaluable throughout and I was made to feel a valued customer. Installation on the day was expertly and conscientiously completed, by Bradley & Steve whom took time after to talk me through the kit installed. 5*!!!

Viable Power provided an end to end off-grid solution to our new build stable block in Frensham and I cannot rate this company highly enough:

From the outset, Zak and the team at Viable Power spent time to fully understand our requirements for the new yard in order to calculate the loads and then design a full electrical and off grid solar PV battery storage solution.

The full solution, based on the SigEnergy SigenStor system was delivered in matter of days and worked immediately without a single issue since.

Having power and lightening on the yard is literally a game changer for us, especially through the winter months.

The professionalism, level of detail and quality of workmanship of the Viable Power team is excellent and I would highly recommend them.

A huge thank you to Zak and all the team at Viable Power for doing such a great job.

I only have praise for the whole Team at Viable Power, everyone I have had contact with are polite and knowledgeable. It started when Jason came to our house he listened and sold me what I wanted not what he wanted to sell! Next was Rob, who did the survey, he had clearly spoken to Jason and knew exactly what we had discussed. Then the install, the team worked hard, I was really impressed, the work was exactly as agreed and completed to a high standard. I can not recommend them highly enough.

We felt confident in Jason from the start and our instinct proved right. Clear communication; he made several house visits to talk through the set up, as did his team, to ensure we understood the offering and were solar fit ready. The ground work and install were completed by a competent, friendly and polite team who checked in with us at every step of the process. They were a delight. At the end of the install the Electricans clearly explained next steps and gave a comprehensive overview of the system.
Solar is doing its job and we are in November! Can’t wait for the summer months!
Sigen battery feels like a good choice for us. EV charger and 8x 450kw panels installed on garage roof.
Positive experience, would recommend.

Viable Power is the company you want when deciding in installing Solar Panels. The moment decision was taken in our family, Nathan was very profesional, kind and patience , explaining the process and sending numerous quotes, then making adjustments and so on! Rob came to asses the location, explained step by step on premises all the process and then when the survey was done , he was very very helpful with suggestions that made it look as easy as possible.
And easy it was! Steve and Bradley came on 6th if October and installed 10 panels and battery in just few hours! The work was neat, clean, tidy and with no loose ends! All cables were cleverly tucked away and even vacoomed, so no dust was sitting around even outside! Impressive! We really really want this company to be well known as this is how PROFESSIONAL work should be done at all levels! Thank you Viable Power for everithing!

Chris made the whole process very straight forward from first enquiry to final handover. The roofers and electricians that came to us were all very considerate and the installation met our expectations. So far we have been very happy with the performance of our solar panel and battery system.

Following my original supplier closing down Viable Power have been a great replacement.
They have serviced the installation and finished off the installation .
Their staff have all been knowledgeable and most pleasant to deal with.

Absolutely amazing company! They installed six batteries and a car charger for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Zac and Rob were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout multiple visits. Any time I had a question or issue, they were always quick to answer the phone and resolve it straight away. Their customer service is second to none. I 100% recommend this company — truly reliable and trustworthy from start to finish.

I recently had a solar system fitted to my property as part of a new extension. Rob project managed the installation and Brad and Steve carried out the installation and commissioned it. They coordinated their work with my builders and couldn’t have been more helpful. We did have one last minute fly in the ointment but the way they dealt with it really impressed me. They are a company with integrity and really care about the customer’s experience throughout the whole process. They handled all the necessary paperwork and liaised with my supplier and made the whole process simple from my point of view. Based on my experience I can absolutely recommend Viable Power.

The pre order discussion were meaningful, not hurried and questions answered. Office team understanding and patient. The pre installation visit was very thorough. The installation team were efficient and worked well together and sorted out any problems that arose. Unit commissioned fully and working fine.
Only 2 comments:
1. There could be a bit more guidance on how to use the system especially on interactions between solar storage battery and externals such as an EV car.
2. What was discussed and agreed at the pre installation visit was not effectively passed on to the installation team.

Top Team! From Rob and Zak at survey, to Bradley and Steve during install (plus their unnamed roofers and sparks), to Zak again at final commissioning.
All parties were friendly, professional, competent, & tidied up on completion!
Early days but PV and battery system seems to be performing great.
I also really like that I can reach out to them via WhatsApp with any queries, including the MD.
