Impossible to cancel subscription

Didn't like the product, super sticky and doesn't do anything.

Impossible to cancel this subscription, fortunately I was able to block the merchant via my bank, but Vexivo still try to take the money each month, despite contacting them.

Great product and smooth experience

Overall, I had a good experience. The product was exactly as described and arrived without any issues. I did reach out with a quick question and got a helpful response, which I appreciated. Things felt smooth from order to delivery. Happy with how everything turned out and would be comfortable ordering again.

they will trick you into a…

they will trick you into a subscription. who needs a monthly subscription of castor oil?? I cancelled the subscription but i already charged me for a second order of 5 bottles of castor oil...really really annoying...i did not consent to this. this company should be shut down.

Be very careful with this company!

In my experience, I ordered two different products at two different times, expecting one-time purchases. However, I later discovered that I was automatically subscribed to a monthly delivery, and the company has been charging my bank/credit card repeatedly.

This subscription was not clearly communicated during the checkout process. Only afterward did I realize that recurring payments were being deducted from my account.

Please be extremely cautious. If a product were truly good, it wouldn’t need to be sold through hidden subscriptions. Also ask yourself how a company can justify withdrawing money from your credit card every month without explicit consent.

To me, this feels like modern-day theft.
Do not blindly trust advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms.

Learn from my experience and double-check everything before ordering.

Do not buy with this company

Do not buy with this company. They only offer refunds on the first item you purchase and unsubscribing is practically impossible. They’ll just keep sending you products you don’t want.

Just read it!

I just got my product and am very happy. However, I deducted 1 star because I found it was made in China after I purchased.
Everybody keeps talking about a subscription they didn't order, but it clearly states there is a subscription when you purchase the item, unless they've updated their page since these reviews. I purchased recently, it's very easy to cancel and they make you very aware that it's a subscription. I have a feeling people just don't read anymore & they're too quick to hit purchase and they don't pay attention. When I went to cancel my subscription it was one of the easiest cancelations I've experienced. Try canceling Amazon audio. It'll take you hours

Automatically puts you in a subscription and then makes it difficult to cancel. I’ll never order from social media ads again because of this product I purchased.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful, have emailed several times and they keep on sending bottles, I did not sign up to a subcription, yet they are charging my card, is that not illegal?
there is no way to get hold of them........

I ordered what I thought was a one time purshace but they are charging my account with refills i dont want or need. I have emailed and no reply yet. The site is not working, you can´t manage the subscription, cancel the subscription or deleate the account.
