My pet Guinea Pig loves his Oxbow Western Timothy Hay, it’s de-dust which I like the most about since all the other hays is really dusty and he keeps on sneezing everytime but since I brought the Oxbow Western Timothy Hay he haven’t been sneezing at all! Thank you Vet Love Pets for the nice freshly green hay for my small pet!

I was really stressed when my vet told me that my dog would need to be on Vetmedin for the rest of his life, as the cost that they quoted me was more than all of my human medications put together! Thankfully, I found it on Vets Love Pets for more than 50% cheaper. The process was easy, although I was a bit worried that my prescription would get lost in the mail. I have put through 2 orders already, and both orders came very quickly and were packed well. I am really glad that a place like this exists, because now I can look after my little boy without worrying about blowing out my budget (very important in this financial climate!)

It's easy to just pop on line and buy what I need for my girl (Border Collie) and getting your points up helps with the cost when you redeem and no extra postage cost .. Win Win .. Website can be a bit tricky though when you redeem your points to add to your purchase though ..but all in all you can get some great savings ..

Best prices and good product range, plus a great rewards system and reasonable free shipping limit. The customer service team is always super friendly too! Just keep in mind that shipping to Melbourne takes a bit of time so I recommend planning ahead and ordering early :)

I have been a long-term and very loyal customer of Vets Love Pets and have never had an issue with their service.

My little dog has a very specific prescription-only diet due to medical conditions. The food is quite expensive, but I’m more than happy to pay it because he means the world to me.

Recently, I received a delivery of his prescription food and unfortunately, six cans arrived damaged. They were cracked open and, by the time I received the order, were full of ants. I contacted Vets Love Pets and sent through photos of the damaged cans.

I genuinely suspected that the damage had occurred during the courier/delivery process rather than at Vets Love Pets, and I want to make that clear because I don't believe the damage was their fault.

What really impressed me was how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. In less than 24 hours, they had responded, thanked me for bringing the issue to their attention and arranged to replace the damaged products completely free of charge. They actually replaced the entire 12-can slab, even though only six cans had been damaged, and they also provided me with a $10 voucher towards my next order.

That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare. I really appreciate how promptly they responded and how easy they made the whole process.
