Order #PRV91191 was placed for a Large Marine bomber jacket, after weeks of waiting for delivery it arrives. The Large is at least a 3X, with a broken zipper, no tags and no responses from support @ proudvet365.com. Please do yourself a favor do not allow your veteran to be scammed by this company.

I placed the this order PRV76441 and have not received it as of July 24, 2025. It was a Marine Corps design with additional custom lettering I had ask to be added. They sent me a tracking number 4PX3001841391071CN which does not show where it is at. Order was placed with the shipping company on 7/8/2025. I have continued to seek answers as to where this order is but my request has fallen on deft ears. With this being said future buyers need to beware when dealing with this outfit. It makes for a sad day when you can’t trust a store that provides merchandise to US Veterans

I ordered a shirt 7 July. Shipped from China 17 July. 10 days to ship? Tracking number they gave me showed it got to Irving, TX 22 July. 14 days later it is still there. I ask for the USPS tracking number and when I get it, it shows waiting for pick-up by USPS. I get a text message with a link to a USPS website asking for more info and a fee. I call USPS fraud department and they confirm the site is not their site and they have a USPS tracking number showing Irving, TX but at the "shipper" location. They informed me that I have probably been scammed and the scammer just creates labels and never ever ships anything. I have contacted the company asking for a refund. No response from them as of today.

2 days after posted this review they shipped a 2nd package that actually arrived in 3 days. If they had only done this with the first order instead of taking 30 days.

I tried to return the jacket and it was to small based the size chart. Tried to mail it back to the Delaware address and it came back to me and I paid 8.16 to ship it back. Want a rip and the material is not of good quality for 53.00. Glad I didn't paid for the whole. Don't buy anything from this site. You will not be please with your order.

First of all if I had known that your products were not American made, especially the veteran hats, I would have never ordered from you to begin with. What a surprise when I found out my hat was made in the PRC sweat shops. The first delivery my hat was damaged. It took 3 weeks from time of purchase to receive same. Once I contacted them via there website of the defect, only avenue available, then it was another 3 weeks for the replacement. Because of there method of shipment that hat was received with a slight crease so the front looks like a lopsided box. I'll never purchase another thing from this company again.

The first one I ordered was the wrong one. It was a gift to a family member that was Navy. You send a Marines one. They tried to get a hold of the company. They tried to put it in on line then it stopped there. They would not take calls. I ordered the same one the second time and send the right one. So I am out the money for the first one.

I was quite pleased with both jackets they were christmas gifts and the family members that got them loved them . Thank you so much.
