Nice dresses, awful customer service.
There dresses really are nice. It’s just a shame that there returns and customer service is so poor. I returned a dress in October 2023 and made several attempts after not receiving my refund to contact them. I have still not received my money. Don't waste your time with them.

Company still taking orders but they have gone into liquidation & have advised I won’t be receiving a refund when I have emailed to chase it up, VERY ANNOYING!

They’ve had my returned items for a month now and I’d received the email to acknowledge this and that I’d be refunded within 28 days!

I have been trying to get a refund since the 16th November. I was getting replies at first saying to be patient but now nothing since start of January. I’ve tried to reach out to my bank but they can’t help either. I am losing all patience

I have been trying to get a refund for a dress I had purchased back in November, the dress was sent back the same week and I have had the worst experience trying to get some communication of an update from Vesper.

The communication has just been shocking no one will provide me an update on when the refund will be issued, I continuously get just the same generic response back 2 weeks later.

I will NEVER be purchasing from this company ever again!

I had a second order, the quality of the dresses was not good, so I sent them back. They did not refund for almost 3 months. I still wrote an email, vesper247.com still answers me automatically and tells me to wait 28 days, such disgrace cannot be done. do not shop vesper

Horrific communication and returns system. No issues ordering or with item despite returning as it did not suit me, however I am still awaiting a return that received by the company on the 27th July. Their return policy states “within 12 days”. After multiple contacts via their online chat, being told “you will receive refund by the end of the week” TWICE… I am still yet to receive a refund. Now I am being told due to a high turnover of refunds this is what is delaying the process. They are unable to provide any proof that my return has been processed at all, just told that it will be done by the end of the week YET AGAIN.

AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN!!!

I returned an item l back to vesper via their Evri returns service on the 13 December. the online tracking would suggest all 3 parcels i sent at the same time all arrived at their destinations with no issues. i emailed them on 7 feb asking why i hadn't had my refund, and they are disputing that they've not had it back, despite evri confirming they've had it back. Similar to a reviewer below, they are now not returning my emails. Seems like a pretty scammy company to me, won't be ordering from them again which is a shame as their stuff is pretty nice. but there's no way i can deal with their customer service anymore. will be pursuing chargeback with my credit card if i don't hear back from them in the next 24 hours

I have bought a few watches from Vesper & Co.. They were exactly as described, came in a beautiful presentation case with a nice note. I had an issue with a chronograph crown and that was promptly repaired a no cost to me.

I bought a used watch from Vesper, who were polite at first, but not forthcoming with some information I requested (serial numbers etc). On receipt of the timepiece, I discovered a number of discrepancies between it and how it had been described.

I took the watch to a manufacturer's local service center for authentication, who found parts to be fake.

I asked Vesper for a refund, they ignored all emails I sent to them, and were impossible to track down via phone. Whilst their website looks professional, and they provide watches to a popular watch website, their office is not real: it turns out just a mail box in a service office. Best to avoid them completely: they are scammers.
