I purchased a winter jacket for GBP55
When the jacket arrived it was too small . Despite the size on the jacket it was not correct. I Returned it to the address on the packaging in the same packaging and tracked the return. Despite several reminders by email to date Verzando UK have neither sent me the size I ordered or returned my money. Their customer rep has stopped communicating with me. I have no jacket or refund.

I ordered a Mens cashmere sweater size Large on 3rd March 2025.
The sweater arrived. Very thin material. Feels like fleece. No labels at all denoting material. Only label on hem says Made in China. Also sweater is huge seems like XXL. No paperwork with sweater.Can’t wear sweater at all and have tried to contact customer services but just get over typed emails which are unreadable. Not a good experience and will avoid all dealings with this company. Avoid!!

Awful quality, awful customer service, tried to delay me returning by answering in different languages then saying I have to pay for return only via DHL which will cost me far more than the cost of the item.

Absolute disgrace of a company. I ordered two hats on the 8th of December and only recieved one hat which was faulty and the other was missing. Have been back and forwards with the customer service who have been useless and not helped in the slightest and have said in summary “not our problem, deal with it”

DO NOT order if you wish to have a smooth order and actually receive what you paid for as I can assure you you won’t receive the items.
