The easiest apartment hunting experience I've ever had. Unlike past experiences with other brokers, I felt I was getting unbiased advice and that they were most interested in me finding an apartment I'd be happy in. Everyone I spoke with at VeryApt was incredibly helpful, communicative, and knowledgeable about the options.

Our experience with VeryApt was smooth and easy in our apartment search in Evanston - Hadieh was very responsive and set up all of our appointments for us after we had the initial "get to know you" conversation. We didn't end up going with any of the apartments we toured (we signed with one that had been listed independently for rent by a private owner), but would be more than happy to use VeryApt again for our apartment search in the future.

VeryApt is such a God sent solution for any apartment hunter who seeks a consolidated one stop shop. Communication leading up to my actual visits was flawless and easy. I was able to visit all my top 5 buildings in one day, guided by a VeryApt employee who asked all the right questions and helped me navigate the tours and evaluation of what will best fit my needs. I have used VeryApt's website for searching for apartments ever since I first moved to Philadelphia 3 years ago, but I recently used their concierge service for the first time and I have only positive things to say! I worked with Julia who was so incredible from the beginning - from providing apartment suggestions based on my budget and interests, to setting up the appointments to view apartments, to even going with me to the appointments! I would definitely recommend this to anyone - it's invaluable to have someone help with apartment research and appointment scheduling since moving can be such a stressful process.

Would 100% use VeryApt again. Our real estate agent was incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough in helping us find our new apartment. We only had one day in the city to visit our options, and he lined up several showings in advance — so all we had to do was meet him at the first place. We found our new home that day and couldn’t be more pleased with our VeryApt experience!

She took time to thoroughly put herself in my shoes, advocate for us with apartment leasing agents, and make time to accommodate our schedule for remote viewings on the weekends via phone.
