We visited the Volvo garage in Truro to look at a car we had seen advertised, Joe showed us the vehicle, he was very engaging and informative without being at all pushy. We have not had a Volvo before but Joe answered all our questions, and nothing was too much trouble for him. We visited the site 3 times and met the sales manager and also Ben the business manager plus various reception staff, everyone was very welcoming and helpful.
We have no hesitation in giving Joe 10 out of 10 for making this the best car purchase experience we’ve ever had!

I did, and now I have a beautiful brand new Range Rover which Im over the moon with. I woudnt have done this without Nathan. I have been using Volvo Truro since 2007. Throughout this time I have all ways encountered a warm and friendly team. In fact they seem more like an extended family. I have never felt that I am being pressured into doing something or accepting anything from them. Today I picked up another used car from them. The experience was amazing. I arrived at the appointment for a routine car service. I was met by the receptionist who introduced me to my personal service representative who checked my requirements and sought an additional issue that needed attention.
I elected to remain at the garage and was provided with complimentary refreshments and use of Wi-Fi.
Updates on progress along with a service check video of my car was provided.
The work was completed as expected with a complimentary wash and interior vacuuming.
Pleasant and helpful staff who responded happily to my requests.

Avoid at all cost!!!

I bought a car from Vertu Volvo Truro. All seemed fine, I'm not a mechanic I have not looked underneath it to check all is good. Got healthcheck done few weeks after to find out that I need all new clutch, rear backing plates are badly corroded and front disc pads corroded and low too. They are not even looking to address the clutch issue. I cannot believe how do you sleep at night scamming people!!! You should've been ashamed. Avoid. Better companies out there to buy cars from.
