From start to finish it was easy. Very much helped by our Salesperson Stephen Wells. He took us through the process, kept us informed, even with the delay in delivery, He got the car delivered as soon as was possible. The customer service was excellent, again easy and helpful. Easy and stress free experience
The whole experience of buying a used car at Vertu Renault was excellent. Shortly after reserving the car, a video came through from Nathan showing me all round the car. The test drive was great with Nathan explaining various things about the car. A very pleasant and stress free way to buy and trade in a car.
