From initial contact, through to driving my new car away, this was undoubtedly the easiest and stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had! Far superior to some previous experiences at other car dealers, when it has been like visiting the dentist…….you know you have to do it, but you know you’re never going to enjoy it!
Adrian (Rainbow) was my primary contact, and he was superb, although I have to mention other staff as well, all of whom were brilliant!
After contacting me initially, Adrian was in regular contact (but not excessive or overwhelming in any way) and sent a personalised and detailed video of the car, which was very helpful, as I couldn’t get to the garage for a few days to see it in person. After putting a fully refundable holding deposit on the car of my choice, we finally met Adrian at the garage and immediately felt comfortable and at ease dealing with him.
He explained everything in detail, and took the car for a decent length test drive, during which he provided helpful and very friendly advice about the car.
I loved the car, but it was also largely due to Adrian’s superior customer service that made us buy it.
The whole experience was seamless and very easy, and I collected my car the following day, after Adrian sorted all the paperwork and transfer of the car to me, leaving me with almost nothing to do, other than collect my car! Brilliant!
I’ve worked in public facing employment my entire working life, so have considerable experience in customer service, and Adrian and others at the sales department provided a masterclass in how to treat your customer, something many other companies could learn from.
Thank you all, particularly Adrian, and if I, or other people I know, are looking for a new car, I would have no hesitation in recommending Vertu, and Adrian as their place to go.
