Took my mobilty car in for a mot on the…

Took my mobilty car in for a mot on the 8th June I told them I could feel a knocking on the excelecter pedal I got the car got back and they said there was nothing wrong with the car and it passed its mot had a serious on the window wipers and was smearing on the window screen obstructing my view and told me that mobilty was refusing was refusing to pay for the replacement which only cost £16 when I got the car back i checked the window wipers myself and found a massive gash in the window wipers which was causing smears on my window screen which was affecting 50%of my view technically this failed its mot ford then said mobilty was refusing to pay for the window wipers its still nor the 15th and still.not had the blades changed ive contacted mobilty and they said the reason why they refused to replace the blades was because they could only see the gash on the blade and not what car it was from so done another video 4 times sent it to ford through pdf ford saying they hadn't received it mobilty told me ford should of known to send a video showing the the gash and the reg of the car also mobilty said that ford sent the mot saying it had passed and no advisory which the window was down as a serious and 2 advisory for my wheels and on my brakes which were 60%worn in do not believe ford what they say I will be going for second opinion at kwik fit i advise noone to go to ford the mechanics are shit and unprofessional and lie

Great Welcoming Professional Staff

Great welcoming professional staff over the whole process of purchasing a Geely Starray EMI.
The process was made straightforward, open, honest from the initial visit, test drive and finance and part exchange discussions, brilliant customer service instilling confidence.
I have no hesitation in recommending this branch of Vertu motors as nothing is a bother to them with any questions or queries raised answered promptly.

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Showroom was very busy on arrival Patrick served us with some input from Michael the manager. Didn't buy that day as wanted to test drive a few other cars. Once I knew which one I wanted i knew I would go back. Went back after deciding and was served by Saon. He and Michael found the perfect car for us really looking at what we wanted with our best Imterests at the forefront. A very personal service just excellent all round. We have bought a few cars from Kinga Norton and my daughters car we will continue to buy from them in the future.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new vehicle with Bradley Holmes.

From the very beginning, Bradley was friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Unlike some car salespeople, he was never pushy and gave me all the time I needed to make the right decision. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and patiently answered the many questions I had throughout the process.

One of the biggest factors in my purchase was making the switch from a petrol vehicle to an electric one. Bradley was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand everything I needed to know, making what felt like a big transition much easier and less daunting. He even arranged a second test drive for me so I could be completely sure that an electric vehicle was the right choice. That extra time and attention made a real difference, and I’m so glad I made the switch—I absolutely love my new car.

His communication was excellent throughout. He kept me updated at every stage, was always professional, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. Even after I collected my vehicle, Bradley reassured me that I could contact him anytime if I had any questions or needed any assistance.

Overall, the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I would highly recommend Bradley to anyone looking to buy a new car. Five stars from me!

Brad was an excellent Sales Manager,
Customer service was excellent, Brad not only spoke to me but my wife also and didn't ignore her, showing that he actually cared more than just the sale. the Car we took for a test drive was very good and got to try out the features i was expecting. Cars gone in for warranty work

Cars gone in for warranty work! Cars been sat there all day waiting for someone in the Shirley branch to authorise work by email why people can’t use a phone to hurry things up I don’t know
They want you to leave keys in a box when you arrive they don’t answer the phone when you try and ring for an update
The dealership has lost its ability to communicate with people face to face
If the car wasn’t under warranty I would not of gone there

Personable and refreshing staff!

SO refreshing to be listened to and treated like a human being! Sam showed kindness and patience as I was really confused what car to buy. He listened to my wish list and took the time to show me all the options. Michael was also great, and both made sure they kept in contact with me over the weeks to see if they could be of any assistance. They have a large variety of EV and hybrid vehicles, so I knew I wanted to make my purchase with Vertu Kings Norton, and Sam could find the car that I wanted from their nationwide stock. I have had my car for over a week now, very happy!

my wife's car went in for a service…

my wife's car went in for a service ,while car was been serviced my wife had to go into hospital ,,,,I called kings norton to let them know and was told service all done and I could collect the car .I went and paid the bill and drove the car home .the car failed and smoke was bad and I was told they found there was no coolant in car ??????? and it caused damage to turbo ,,,,I was not informed on collection of the car ( I took out extra warranty to cover jobs like this and paid 600 pounds extra . I WAS NEVER TOLD.......IM ASHAMED OF MYSELF FOR EVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH VERTU KINGS NORTON

My car did not go into the workshop.

My car was recalled by Ford to have the airbag replaced it was booked into Vertu Kings Norton for Monday 27th April. I returned early back to the garage and my car had not moved from when I left it that morning so I waited for the work to be done. After two hours watching the car the garage called me to say that the car had just come out of the workshop and was ready for collection. No one had been near the car, I was given the key and no paperwork confirming that any work had been done.

I’d like to reassure you that the Ford airbag recall work was fully carried out and the airbag was successfully replaced on your vehicle during its booked appointment on Monday 27th April. Our workshop records confirm that the recall procedure was completed in line with Ford’s guidelines.
That said, we recognise that your experience on the day did not give you confidence that the work had been completed, particularly as you were not provided with clear confirmation or paperwork at the point of collection. For that, I sincerely apologise. We should have ensured this was explained to you properly and documented clearly.
Your feedback has been shared with the service management team so that we can address how we communicate recall work and vehicle status with customers, to prevent this happening again.

Vertu Motors in Kings Norton- brilliant service

Our local Vertu Motors in Kings Norton looked after us very well indeed. They sourced us the car which met all our requirements at very short notice. Even though they were exceptionally busy over the Easter period, Carlo, the sales assistant, was able to help us with the purchase of our new car with all accompanying paperwork within a couple of days.
