We bought our Dacia Spring Extreme from Dacia Exeter at the beginning of August, our first fully electric car, and we honestly couldn’t fault the whole experience.
Our salesperson, Sam, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and extremely thorough, taking the time to explain everything about the car and electric driving clearly without ever making us feel rushed. She made the whole process incredibly straightforward and easy.
It was the little personal touches that really stood out too. Sam wrote a lovely “good luck with your first electric car” message on our pack, checked in with us a couple of days later to make sure we had arrived home safely, and then followed up again a week or so later to see how we were getting on with the car. That level of genuine customer care is quite rare and was very much appreciated.
We’re delighted with our Dacia Spring Extreme and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Sam and the team at Dacia Exeter. From beginning to end, the service was friendly, professional and completely stress-free. Thank you, Sam!

Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted the process was very straightforward.
