Great service.
So was talking to Ryan Edwards for a few days before going to the dealership and managed to agree a price we was happy with. We then came in and saw Andy that took my Mrs (who is a nervous driver in areas she's never been to before) for a test drive! He looked after her and made her feel at ease. When we came back he talked us through everything in great detail. We then decided to buy a brand new Raval! Thanks guys again and hopefully see you at the end of the month to pick the new motor up 👍🏼

Cupra Ravel V2 launch edition (Loba)
I’ve just taken delivery of my new CUPRA Raval V2 Launch edition, Loba, from CUPRA Derby and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From start to finish, Luca was absolutely fantastic and my main point of contact throughout the whole process. He was always there to answer my questions, explain things and help whenever I needed it. His support didn’t stop once I collected the car either — the aftercare has been excellent, and nothing has ever been too much trouble.
A special mention also has to go to Tom, who took the time to go through all the figures with me and made sure I fully understood everything before making my decisions. He was patient, clear and incredibly helpful.
Ryan also played a big part in supporting me throughout the entire process and was always on hand to help make everything run smoothly.
Buying a new car can sometimes feel complicated, but the team at CUPRA Derby made the whole experience straightforward, enjoyable and personal.
I absolutely love Loba and couldn’t be happier with my new CUPRA.

Well worth the train journey
All went very smoothly from initial phone call. Olly Otton did a great video which pointed out everything we needed to know. Had to put trust in Vertu and Olly as we were 350 miles away and when we arrived all was perfect and car gleaming.

Amazing buying process and lovely team
I have recently bought my new car from the Vertu Seat garage in Derby with the help from Joe and the rest of the team. I placed an enquiry regarding one of there value cars and within half an hour received a call back. After speaking to the sales manager Tom, he passed my details onto Joe who was very patient in answering all my questions. He provided me with all the information on the car’s history and sent me a detailed video on the car before I came down to see it in person and test drive it. I viewed the car on Saturday, took it for a test drive, filled the paper work out and on Monday collected my new car! The process was amazing from the start and I am extremely pleased with my new purchase, I would definitely recommend Vertu to anyone looking to buy a new car. I’d like to give special recognition to Maya at Vertu Cupra Derby. She made the whole experience of dropping my car off for its service extremely simple, smooth and stress-free.
The way Maya presents herself, her genuine smile and the natural way she communicates make such a difference. Nothing feels forced or scripted — she is warm, welcoming and very easy to talk to. It honestly felt like I was dealing with someone I had known for years.
I work for a large international company myself and deal with key accounts, so I understand how important the customer experience is. People like Maya are exactly what makes a business stand out.
